About the Role:

As an Affiliate Manager for the Mexican market, you'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by building strong affiliate partnerships. This position involves managing performance-based campaigns, optimizing marketing spend, and testing innovative traffic sources to maximize profitability. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values creativity and data-driven decision-making.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand both new and existing affiliate networks, identifying opportunities for growth within the Mexican market.
  • Set and achieve departmental and personal KPIs, regularly reviewing affiliate performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor and optimize the ROMI for affiliate campaigns, ensuring that budgets are respected and profitability is maximized.
  • Oversee the creation and updating of affiliate marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, bonus offers, and tracking links, to ensure alignment with current promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to test new traffic sources and refine customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze affiliate data to identify trends, optimize performance, and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
 

Desired Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, preferably within the Mexican iGaming market.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other affiliate deal structures.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive profitable decisions.
  • Effective negotiation and relationship management skills, capable of building long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and performance-based campaigns.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection and prevention in affiliate marketing is a plus.
