Job Title: VIP Account Manager   Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid - preferable)   Our client, a well-known Brazilian gambling operator, is looking for a motivated VIP Account Manager to  assist in managing and growing the VIP customer segment to help and assist the current VIP team in place.   This role will focus on building strong client relationships, supporting engagement strategies, and helping  improve the overall VIP experience. Job Title: Legal & Compliance Senior Analyst - iGaming & Betting Industry Location: SP, Brazil Salary: Up to 18k BRL Monthly About the Role: This position focuses on ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for the Brazilian market within an international online gaming environment. It involves supporting licensing processes, reviewing contracts, and working across teams to align business operations with legal requirements. Main Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Brazilian laws and industry standards. Develop and maintain legal and compliance frameworks for local regulations. Support license applications and ongoing regulatory reporting. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including third-party and data processing agreements. Provide legal guidance on product launches and company operations. Collaborate with cross-border teams, especially in Colombia and Australia.   Desired Skillset: Fluent in both Portuguese and English Minimum 4 years of contract drafting experience. It requires proactive monitoring of payment trends, investigating potential fraud, and resolving issues swiftly to maintain a smooth customer experience. The role also involves working with internal departments and external payment service providers to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and support strategic initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates and reducing costs. It's a great fit for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in navigating the fast-paced world of online payments and fraud prevention.   Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage payment transactions and escalate issues as needed. Identify and investigate suspicious activity, supporting fraud prevention measures. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure secure and efficient payment operations. Handle customer escalations related to payments and fraud. Review payment trends, fraud risks, and conversion rates, optimizing performance and reducing costs.
