Our client develops gaming products for the iGaming industry, working with aggregators and online casino operators. With a focus on proprietary game development, launching new gaming brands, and building B2B partnerships. Operates internationally.
We are looking for a hands on CEO to take full strategic and operational ownership of the business: scaling products, managing partnerships, and driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute company strategy in iGaming game development and distribution
Full P&L ownership, budgeting, ROI and KPI control
Market analysis, product portfolio and brand development
Building and managing partnerships with aggregators, platforms, and casino operators
Oversight of marketing and commercialization strategy (B2B/B2C)
Building and leading management and operational teams
Ensuring regulatory compliance (Curacao, MGA, Responsible Gaming, AML/KYC)
Representation of the company at industry events and conferences
Required Background
Previous CEO / Managing Director / Head of iGaming role within iGaming, online casino, game studio.
Strong understanding of online casino market, game mechanics, aggregators, and platforms
Experience working with licensed operators and international partners
Solid business, financial, and strategic management skills
English: Intermediate or higher
Experience launching or scaling gaming brands

What You Bring
15+ years of senior technology leadership, with 7+ years in iGaming, Sports Betting, or Casino technology.
Proven success scaling transactional or gaming platforms across regulated markets.
Deep technical expertise in RGS, PAM, Payments, Risk, Compliance, CRM, and Geolocation systems.
Hands-on background with Java, microservices, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong command of data security, responsible gaming, and AML frameworks (GLI, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate technology vision into business value.
Experience leading distributed global teams in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

This is a great opportunity for a strategic, professional, experienced leader to take ownership of the sales function in this growing business. Currently this medium sized company has customers across the USA, Africa and Europe. Offering a state of the art platform, it is now keen to further expand its footprint in the sports betting sector.
In this remote role, you can be based pretty much anywhere in Europe. The role reports to the CEO. You will be tasked with formulating strategies around developing new & existing markets. Your remit will be to recruit a team .
