Our client is seeking a Vice President, Product Innovation to lead end-to-end product strategy, innovation pipeline, and portfolio performance. This executive leader will be responsible for envisioning, designing, and delivering high-value products, programs, and solutions that enhance customer value, drive revenue growth, and expand market impact. The role partners closely with marketing, finance, operations, and professional services to deliver future-forward offerings grounded in market intelligence, customer insight, and enterprise strategy. Candidate Profile • 10+ years of experience in product management, product development, or innovation leadership. • Proven success launching new products and managing complex product portfolios. • Experience within entertainment, digital platforms, or consumer-facing products preferred. • Strong strategic, analytical, financial, and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. This role is both highly strategic and deeply tactical, functioning as a connective hub across the organization to ensure that systems, processes, people, and platforms are aligned to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and partners. Overview My client is a leading online casino operator in New Jersey and are seeking a hands on, commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to join their fast growing team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high impact leadership position within one of the state’s most dynamic igaming brands. This position requires an individual who is comfortable operating in a lean, agile environment. The successful candidate will join a small, tightly coordinated executive team where the ability to roll up your sleeves, jump into operational finance tasks, and build scalable financial systems is essential. The CFO will also be responsible for building and managing a new finance team of two. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in growth stage environments, has deep knowledge of U.S. regulated online gambling markets, and brings a balance of strategic vision and hands on execution. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Strategy Act as the company’s senior financial leader, advising the CEO and executive team on all financial matters. Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Provide clear and actionable insights on performance, forecasting, budgeting, and risk. Hands-On Financial Management Oversee day to day finance operations, including accounting, cash management, reconciliations, and reporting. Step in personally to manage operational finance tasks when required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Implement and improve internal controls, financial processes, and reporting systems suited to a high growth iGaming operator. Regulatory & Compliance Ensure full compliance with New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) financial requirements. Manage regulatory reporting, audits, and financial certifications required within the U.S. iGaming/B2C casino market. Maintain strong governance and ensure adherence to all AML, responsible gaming, and financial integrity standards. Team Building & Leadership Hire, lead, and develop a finance team of two, creating a high performance function. Mentor junior team members, providing strong operational and strategic guidance. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solution driven department culture. Commercial & Operational Partnership Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Data, and Operations to support commercial decision making. Evaluate ROI on marketing spend, customer acquisition, retention, and promotions. Lead financial modeling for new initiatives, partnerships, supplier agreements, and market entry opportunities. Reporting & Performance Analysis Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage board reporting and investor relations as needed. Track KPIs relevant to iGaming (GGR, NGR, LTV, CPA, player segmentation, bonus liabilities, etc.) Requirements Experience 8+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally including CFO, VP Finance, or similar experience. Strong background in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or digital entertainment (U.S. market preferred). Proven experience working in fast paced scale up or mid sized organizations. Demonstrated ability to operate in a hands on, detail oriented capacity. Technical Skills Deep understanding of financial frameworks relevant to online gambling, including bonus accounting, gaming taxes, and regulatory reporting. Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial compliance. Competence with financial modeling, budgeting, and analytics tools. Prior exposure to DGE reporting or other regulated gambling authorities highly desirable. Leadership Attributes Highly adaptable, operationally focused, and able to thrive in a lean environment.
