The Client

As part of its continued evolution, our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to partner closely with the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team.

The Opportunity
This is a high-impact CFO opportunity for a strategic finance executive capable of operating at both board and operational levels within a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Serve as a key adviser to the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team on financial, operational and strategic matters.
Help define and execute the organization’s long-term growth strategy, including expansion into new regulated markets.
Lead financial modelling, investment analysis and post-launch performance evaluation for strategic initiatives.
Assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and corporate investments.

Financial Management & Performance
Lead the global finance organization across accounting, controllership, FP&A, treasury, tax, reporting and internal controls.
Champion the implementation of AI-enabled reporting and business intelligence tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
Build and enhance budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
Develop robust KPI reporting and performance dashboards for executive leadership and the Board.
Partner closely with product, technology, commercial and operational teams to improve business performance.
Drive ongoing improvements in finance systems, reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
Enhance visibility around revenue, profitability, cash generation, customer economics and operational efficiency.
Capital Markets & Investor Relations
Act as a senior financial representative with investors, analysts, lenders and banking partners.
Support public company reporting, disclosure obligations and governance requirements.
Manage relationships with institutional investors, brokers, advisers and capital providers.
Lead financing initiatives including debt facilities, refinancing activities, capital raises and strategic investment processes.
Develop compelling investor communications and financial narratives.
Optimize capital structure and capital allocation strategies to support long-term growth and shareholder returns.
Mergers & Acquisitions, Treasury & Tax
Lead financial evaluation, modelling, diligence and execution of acquisition opportunities.
Oversee post-acquisition integration and performance measurement.
Manage global cash flow, liquidity planning, working capital and banking relationships.
Monitor foreign exchange exposure and treasury risk management activities.
Lead tax planning, compliance and international structuring initiatives.
Review and optimize corporate structures, dividend strategies and tax efficiency across jurisdictions.
Develop accurate cash forecasting models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
Governance, Risk & Controls
Maintain and enhance governance, control frameworks and risk management processes consistent with public company standards.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting, tax, audit and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
Partner effectively with external auditors, legal advisers, regulators and relevant stakeholders.
Support enterprise-wide risk management initiatives.
Promote transparency, accuracy and accountability throughout the finance function and broader organization.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an accomplished CFO or senior finance executive with experience operating in complex, international and high-growth environments. They will combine strong technical finance expertise with commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to influence executive-level decision making.
Required Experience
Prior experience as a CFO, Deputy CFO, Group Finance Director or equivalent senior finance leader within a high-growth international organization.
Experience within iGaming, online betting, gaming technology, fintech, payments, SaaS, digital consumer platforms or related technology-driven sectors.
Exposure to publicly listed businesses or highly investor-focused environments.
Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance and investor relations.
Proven experience managing international finance functions across multiple jurisdictions.
Demonstrated success supporting M&A activity, strategic investments and financing transactions.
Track record of improving financial reporting, forecasting, controls, cash management and commercial insight.
Strong interest in data, automation, AI-driven reporting and finance transformation initiatives.
Experience with Oracle and enterprise-scale financial systems is advantageous.

Location & Travel
The role is ideally based on the East Coast of the United States. Flexible remote or hybrid working arrangements are available for the right candidate. Head of Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
Location: Open to Canada (relocation provided), Cyprus, Barcelona, or Dubai
Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 (CAD) + 100-130% Bonus
Our client is looking for a highly commercial, hands-on Head of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to own and drive global payments strategy and execution.
The right fit is someone who has personally negotiated PSP contracts, onboarded payment providers, managed payment performance, resolved operational issues, optimized processing costs, and built payment coverage across multiple markets. You should be equally comfortable discussing payment routing logic with product and technology teams as you are negotiating commercial terms with acquirers, gateways, wallet providers, and alternative payment methods.
What You'll Be Doing
Own relationships with global PSPs, acquirers, gateways, card processors, wallet providers, and alternative payment providers.
