Senior Project Manager – Delivery of Live Studio Projects

About the Role:

A leading team in the live casino space is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects. This role focuses on launching new live studio environments, involving a unique mix of construction, infrastructure setup, and digital system integration. The ideal candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of projects—from concept through to operational launch—collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless execution. This position offers the opportunity to drive tangible impact in a fast-paced, innovative area of the business.
 

Main Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of high-impact projects delivering new live casino studio environments.
• Oversee the entire process from initial planning to go-live, including coordination of construction, infrastructure setup, and technical integration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, driving alignment on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage the rollout of physical and digital components, such as broadcasting equipment, lighting systems, and software integration.
• Ensure risk management strategies are in place, adapting to evolving project needs while maintaining quality and schedule integrity.
• Support adherence to internal policies, operational standards, and continuous improvement practices.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, particularly within construction, infrastructure, or complex technical environments.
• Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary projects with several interdependent workstreams.
• Experience in sectors like iGaming, broadcasting, or live event production is considered beneficial.
• Ideally holds academic qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Comfortable using project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Office 365, with fluency in English both written and spoken.
