About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain existing payment provider partnerships to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and develop new payment partnerships aligned with market needs.
- Manage regulatory and licensing matters associated with payments.
- Work closely with international and local teams across various departments to support payment processes.
- Participate in relevant industry expos to maintain awareness of market trends and build connections.
- Conduct periodic visits to the Brazilian office to support operations and collaboration.
- Assist the Head of Department with additional duties and project-based support.
Desired experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in payment management within the iGaming or online casino industry.
- At least 3 years of professional exposure to the Brazilian market.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) at B2–C1 level.
- Additional language skills in Portuguese or Russian are beneficial but not essential.
- A degree or formal background in law or finance would be considered an asset.
