iGaming Client looking for a PHP Developer.
Candidates located in Malta, Bulgaria Or Portugal would be on a local employment contract.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction and roadmaps, collaborating with project managers and product owners.
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of end-to-end features, utilizing industry best practices, with a specific emphasis on scalability and optimal performance.
- Take responsibility for ensuring system stability across various environments.
- Sustain and continuously enhance existing systems and protocols to meet evolving business requirements and explore innovative ideas for improvement.
- Integrate new products into the existing framework while ensuring seamless operation.
- Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard confidential information.
Requirements:
- Solid comprehension of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile principles, Quality assurance, Security, and Continuous Delivery concepts.
- Hands-on experience in a LEMP environment.
- 3-4 years of PHP development experience with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP), willing to work without relying on frameworks.
- Proven expertise in building and optimizing high-load RESTful architectures, with a deep understanding of Web Socket-based infrastructure.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing MySQL queries and designing data solutions for high concurrency environments.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS)
- Experience or familiarity with Sports betting systems (odds, betslips, settlement) would be advantageous.
