Pentasia are supporting an operator in their search for a highly skilled Senior Display Marketing Executive to be based in their Gibraltar office to deliver results that align with their overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Optimisation:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns across platforms such as The Trade Desk, Xandr, Teads, Taboola, Sportradar, Genius, Google Ads, CM360.
- Ensure campaigns are executed according to plan, and continuously optimise targeting, bidding, and creatives to achieve maximum performance.
Strategic Planning & Cross-Channel Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Brand, Creative, and Data to ensure that programmatic campaigns are aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
- Align campaign execution with wider marketing strategies, product launches, promotions, and brand messaging.
Agency Partnership & Direction:
- Lead relationships with external media agencies, providing detailed campaign briefs, performance goals, and creative direction.
- Ensure agencies adhere to performance expectations, maintain delivery accuracy, and report actionable insights.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on display and programmatic advertising.
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns and complex media-plans.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to optimise campaign performance and improve key metrics such as ROI and CAC.
