Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing / PPC Specialist with experience in unregulated markets. You will be at the forefront of their acquisition strategies, utilising your expertise in paid traffic acquisition, media buying, and innovative digital marketing techniques.   Role Overview: In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid digital campaigns aimed at growing their user base and maximising revenue. Initially, you will  develop, manage, and optimise PPC strategies  aimed primarily at the Australian market amongst others, leveraging your background in PPC, SEM, SEO, and traffic generation together with other acquisition strategy ideas.    Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimise best-in-class PPC strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.  Manage large budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI and achieve acquisition goals. Lead the strategy and execution of paid digital  campaigns for Meta/Google and other relevant ad platforms. Utilise your expertise in B2B lead generation to uncover new acquisition opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical alignment and seamless campaign execution. Analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions to optimise outcomes. Regularly report on campaign results, performance metrics, and insights to key stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the iGaming sector.   Qualifications: Proven experience in running Blackhat campaigns - PPC, SEM, SEO, and traffic generation, with a strong track record of increasing conversions, retention, and ROI. At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns within the iGaming industry. Strong understanding of CPA, ROI, and other key performance metrics. Proficiency with Analytics, bid management tools, and other marketing platforms. Knowledge of online gambling regulations and the ability to navigate compliance requirements. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. A network of affiliates in the iGaming sector would be considered a plus.

The creative studio manager will be responsible for managing the workflow of the creative team, the budgets and timelines for external studios collaboration and ensuring all resources are organized efficiently and projects hit key milestones with precision. You report into the head of creative services and are a key part of the marketing division. Your strategic vision and seasoned judgment will drive projects forward, adapting to challenging requirements and unforeseen challenges while keeping the broader business goals in focus.   Within this role, your strong communication and interpersonal skills will establish you as a go-to collaborator, working in harmony with creatives, both internal and external, whilst managing the expectations of business stakeholders to ensure a unified approach that exceeds expectations.   Act as primary liaison between marketing disciplines to synchronise resources, and ensure business needs are catered for. Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring their completion on time and on budget. Monitor campaign budgets and proactively address resource allocation concerns. Effectively manage project schedules, adhering to scope, timelines and budgets. Champion quality standards across all creative and deliverables.
