We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving organic search performance through the implementation of technical SEO strategies and general best practices. 

Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
? Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
? Develop and execute technical SEO strategies to improve website crawlability, indexability, and overall search engine performance.
? Optimize website architecture, navigation, and internal linking structure to enhance user experience and search engine crawling.
? Collaborate with web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website development and updates.
? Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
? Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
? Provide regular reports on organic search performance, technical SEO progress, and ROI.
? Mentor and guide junior SEO team members on technical SEO concepts and strategies.
? Identify website bugs, errors, and optimizations to improve page speed.
? Assist or manage site migrations and redesigns.
? Handle other ad hoc technical SEO duties as needed.


What We're Looking For:
? Deep understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and implementations.
? Expert knowledge of relevant SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
? Prior experience with Wordpress
? Transparent communication skills.
? Fluency in English is a must, both written and verbal.
? Good analytical skills and the ability to act decisively.
? Self-starter with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
