What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a cross-functional department focused on presentation and studio standards
• Coach and support team leads to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with business goals
• Oversee inventory control and ensure continuity of supplies, with a focus on cost-effective procurement
• Analyse performance metrics and streamline workflows for improved productivity
• Implement consistent on-screen appearance and branding standards across all locations
• Collaborate closely with studio and operational heads to maintain smooth daily execution
• Support new studio setup, scaling, and adherence to brand and service expectations

 

What You Bring

• 2+ years in a senior operational or leadership role
• Strong project management and team development experience
• Fluent English communication skills
• Confident working with KPIS, reporting, and process optimisation
• Budget and procurement experience with a sharp eye for cost savings
• Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset
