My client is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing & Acquisition to lead growth efforts across digital, affiliate, and influencer channels. Responsibilities:
- Lead the Marketing & Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing plan to drive user acquisition and engagement across the U.S. market.
- Own User Growth KPIs: Manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI across paid social, programmatic, SEO/ASO, influencer, and affiliate channels.
- Build & Manage Teams/Partners: Recruit, manage, or collaborate with agencies and freelancers across creative, media buying, and affiliate marketing.
- Drive Creative Messaging & Brand Positioning: Work closely with internal teams to create compelling campaigns that align with brand tone and sweepstakes regulations.
- Use Data to Optimize Performance: Analyze funnel metrics, A/B tests, and LTV/CAC ratios to improve customer acquisition cost and retention.
- Ensure Compliance: Work in accordance with state and federal laws related to sweepstakes and promotional gaming.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of performance marketing or growth experience in sweepstakes or iCasino.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition through paid media, influencers, affiliates, or viral loops.
- Deep understanding of U.S. digital marketing regulations and advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
