Head of Account Management | Casino Platform | iGaming

The Role:
This business is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Account Management to take ownership of its flagship casino platform division. You’ll lead and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring strong client relationships, commercial success, and exceptional delivery across a diverse international portfolio. Your focus will be on growing key accounts, increasing revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting your team to deliver consistently high standards of service. You’ll also play a key role in collaborating with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Finance and Compliance to drive platform adoption, refine commercial strategies and represent the voice of the client internally.
About You:
You’ll bring proven experience in B2B iGaming, ideally within casino platforms or content aggregation. You’ll be confident leading a team, commercially sharp, and comfortable managing senior client relationships. A strong understanding of casino technology, gamification tools and third-party content is essential, along with a proactive, data-driven and hands-on approach to account growth and operational oversight. Fluent English is required; other languages are a plus.
