HR Assistant
Location - Remote (In Europe)
Job Summary:
A rapidly growing Skins iGaming business is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, helping ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate recruitment activities including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and contribute to HR projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
