Financial Analyst 

Location - Remote 
Report - Finance Manager 

A rapidly growing Skins iGaming business is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our growing finance team. 
You will support in financial reporting, PSP operations, and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Service Provider (PSP) Operations:
    Reconcile and manage PSP data across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
    Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reviews.

  • Data Visualization & Insights:
    Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools) to present clear, actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting Support:
    Collaborate with the Finance Manager and wider team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

  • Ad Hoc Financial Analysis:
    Provide analytical support for cross-functional projects and business cases as needed.

  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and implement improvements to existing reporting and reconciliation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role

  • Experience building three-statement financial models and projections

  • Familiarity with PSP operations and reconciliations (highly desirable)

  • Exposure to iGaming industry KPIs and performance metrics is a plus

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
