An established iGaming company is launching new products and experiencing organic growth.
As the Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the compliance strategy for our company. You will ensure that we adhere to regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and maintain a strong culture of compliance in the iGaming industry. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes while fostering collaboration between business units.
Key Responsibilities include:
?Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (sweepstakes casino), AML/KYC, responsible gambling, data privacy requirements, manage compliance with reporting requirements
?Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring systems to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory alignment;
?Identify compliance risks, implement controls, and recommend improvements to strengthen the compliance framework;
?Work closely with product, legal, finance, and security teams to ensure compliance is integrated into business operations;
?Act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities, handling reporting, and compliance audits;
?Lead compliance reviews, certification process, address findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented where needed;
?Stay informed on regulatory changes and best practices, ensuring ongoing compliance and business adaptability;
?Managing player claims, drafting responses, addressing claims with the regulator.
Requirements:
Comprehensive experience in compliance roles in the iGaming industry.
?Strong understanding of AML, KYC and iGaming licensing frameworks.
?Experience working with regulators and licensing bodies at the US market.
?Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
?Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable business policies.
?Experience managing compliance audits and regulatory reporting.
An excellent salary is available and the role can be undertaken if you are located in the UK, Malta or Gibraltar.
