Oversee and guide the Change Management process, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to compliance standards. Promote a security-conscious culture within the organization, emphasizing the importance of compliance and risk management. Leverage industry expertise to provide strategic support to operators for market entry and ongoing operations. Work closely with other business leads to integrate necessary regulatory checkpoints in their processes and procedures. Diligently maintain and update compliance records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and current information. Your skills and experience: Solid understanding of the iGaming industry, including knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. At least 5+ years of combined product compliance and technical experience in the online gambling industry. Familiarity with technical aspects of iGaming platforms, including gaming software, RNG, player verification, responsible gaming features and bonus campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical compliance solutions.
