Internal Audits & Investigations: Conduct thorough internal audits and investigations into suspicious activity or incidents. Provide timely resolution and implement corrective actions as needed. Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with departments including Compliance, Payments, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product to align risk strategies with broader business objectives. Mentor and support risk team members to foster a culture of risk awareness. Risk Reporting: Deliver clear and timely reporting on risk exposures, mitigation plans, and forecasts to executive leadership and relevant committees.
