The Company: This opportunity is with a leading B2C iGaming operator that has been recognized as one of the significant operators in the Brazilian market. They have been operating in Brazil for the past 6 years and their platform provides a variety of casino games alongside sports betting options that allow users to wager on various sporting events. The Role: As MLRO you will oversee and ensure the effective implementation of anti-money laundering (AML) procedures within the organization. You will also supervise daily operations, promote compliance with legal obligations, train staff, identify and report suspicious activities, liaise with authorities, and regularly assess and report on AML risks, systems, and effectiveness to senior management. About You: You hold a university degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Administration, or a related field, and bring over three years of direct experience in a compliance or AML role within the iGaming industry. You also have a solid understanding of Brazilian regulations related iGaming, payments, and financial institutions, along with in-depth knowledge of local laws, directives, and standards applicable to AML, KYC, and virtual assets.
