Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. Support the Director of Legal on wider legal projects as needed including improving contract management tools. Liaise with internal teams to deliver solutions quickly and effectively. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer, with at least 3 years specifically within the gaming. Strong understanding and practical experience with Intellectual Property (IP) law, particularly as it applies to software, content, and brands. In-depth knowledge of the Dutch legal system, demonstrable in-depth knowledge and practical experience with Dutch employment law. Excellent drafting, negotiation and advisory skills. Experience using industry-standard 3D content creation tools (3ds Max, Corona Render, Houdini, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder, Unreal Engine 5, etc.). Strong knowledge of animation principles. High professionality in 3D and 2D motion graphic animation, shader and material development, lighting, rendering, and camera animation. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to come up with your own game concepts.   In this role you will be leading a team of 4 mathematicians to create new maths for the games estate.  As a Head of Game Design it is your responsibility to come up with market leading game designs that are as exciting as they are fresh. You must be able to work with a team and consult and coach on any math problems they might have on the games.   We want someone that is not afraid to think outside of the box regarding game design.
