As Games Manager, the successful candidate will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of there competitions, making them engaging, enjoyable, fair and commercially successful. The role works across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Customer Experience and Technology, shaping innovative competition experiences that put customers at the heart of every decision. It also involves line managing the Games Developer(s), driving the team forward as the company grows.   What you will be doing: Developing and delivering competition and games strategy Designing and launching new competition formats, mechanics and promotional campaigns Managing the full competition lifecycle from concept through to completion Monitoring performance, participation trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement Ensuring all competitions comply with UK legislation, ASA guidance, the CAP Code and company policies Maintaining accurate competition rules, terms and conditions and operational processes Producing regular reports on key performance indicators and business insights Leading and developing the Games Developer(s) within the team Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure competitions are delivered smoothly and on time   Requirements:   Experience in a Games Manager, Product Manager, Gaming Operations or similar role Strong understanding of online competitions, gaming or digital entertainment sectors Excellent analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in reporting tools and performance analytics Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in regulated gaming, gambling or competition industries

As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a Director, Product & Commercial Analytics to become a key member of the leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will sit at the centre of commercial decision-making, helping shape product strategy, player growth, retention, payments performance, profitability, and overall business success. This is far more than a reporting function. The successful candidate will use data to influence strategic decisions, challenge assumptions, identify growth opportunities, and provide leadership with the insights needed to scale a profitable and sustainable gaming business. Key Responsibilities Commercial & Player Analytics Own and optimise key business metrics including LTV, ROAS, retention, profitability, player value and cohort performance. Evaluate acquisition quality, CRM effectiveness, VIP performance and player lifecycle activity. Develop frameworks that support investment and resource allocation decisions. Product & Gaming Analytics Partner with Product and Operations teams to assess game performance, promotional effectiveness, loyalty initiatives and personalisation strategies. Analyse engagement, conversion, retention and monetisation metrics. Support commercial decision-making through supplier and content performance analysis. Payments, Risk & Sweepstakes Economics Analyse payments performance, fraud trends, chargebacks, KYC outcomes and redemption behaviour. Evaluate sweepstakes economics and identify indicators of operational or compliance risk. Help ensure growth remains healthy, scalable and sustainable. Forecasting & Strategic Decision Support Build forecasting models across acquisition, retention, revenue and profitability. Support budgeting, planning and scenario analysis. Develop executive reporting frameworks and KPI governance processes. Deliver strategic recommendations that directly impact business performance. What We're Looking For Required 5+ years of experience within analytics, strategy, product analytics, gaming analytics or a related field. Strong SQL and business intelligence expertise. Proven ability to translate complex data into commercial decisions. Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience within Sweepstakes, Social Casino or iGaming. Knowledge of player value modelling, CRM analytics, payments, fraud or retention. Experience with forecasting, experimentation and statistical analysis. Day to day, you will: Research matches in depth, combining strong data analysis with detailed knowledge of teams, players and their individual abilities. Apply statistical and probability-based methods to build the most accurate prices possible, both pre-match and in-play. Monitor liabilities and move prices in response to changing circumstances and market conditions. Trade matches in-running, adjusting prices based on live action and manage online bet requests. Accurately build and settle markets, keeping errors, mistakes and omissions to a minimum. WORKING HOURS Our Clients hours are dictated by the rugby calendar, so you'll need to be happy working a shift pattern that includes early, late and night shifts as well as weekends, to tie in with when live matches take place. ABOUT YOU You will: Hold a strong degree, ideally in a quantitative subject (e.g. maths, statistics, economics, data science or similar). Have strong data analysis skills and a solid grasp of probability and statistics, with the ability to turn data into accurate prices. Be passionate about rugby and have in-depth knowledge of teams, players and their abilities. Be very numerate with a sharp betting/trading brain and a genuine interest in betting markets. Work to a very high standard and stay calm and accurate in a pressured environment. Head of Sportsbook  We are representing a new social-first sportsbook and we're looking for a Head of Sportsbook to own it commercially, operationally, and strategically from day one. This is a P&L role. You will own GGR, margin and hold, manage our managed-trading partnership, define liability and bet-acceptance policy, shape the product roadmap, and build the trading and risk function from scratch through to a 24/7 desk. You will be the senior commercial voice on every decision that touches the sportsbook. What we're looking for 8+ years in sportsbook trading, product or commercial leadership, with at least 3 years at senior level. Critically, you will have direct, hands-on experience operating in the African sportsbook market — you understand the regulatory environment, the accumulator culture, mobile-first behaviour, naira-denominated risk, and NLRC oversight from the inside. You will have owned a regulated sportsbook P&L at meaningful scale and have worked with a managed-trading provider or run an in-house desk. Experience across West Africa more broadly, relationships within the Nigerian gaming ecosystem, and exposure to social or community-driven betting products are all strong advantages. The role in a sentence This is a greenfield opportunity for someone who has either run a sportsbook P&L or been the senior deputy on one — and who wants to set the policy rather than inherit it.
