Strong understanding of software development cycles and product best practices. Comfortable owning both strategy and execution—big-picture thinking with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, especially in async and remote-first settings. Self-starter with a bias for action, able to manage complexity with clarity and focus. Proficiency in tools like Notion, Jira, Slack, Figma, and Google Workspace. Nice to Haves Experience working in fantasy sports, sports betting, casino, sweepstakes, or consumer entertainment products.
