Overview Pentasia is proud to be partnering with a leading online sports operator to recruit a CRM Manager – Sports Promotions based in Denver. This is a senior, high impact role responsible for shaping promotional strategy and driving customer loyalty across the entire user lifecycle. Leading a dedicated Sports CRM team, you will deliver data driven promotions and best in class customer journeys within a fast paced, highly regulated environment. This position is ideal for a commercially minded CRM leader with deep experience in online sports betting, promotional mechanics, and loyalty programs, who thrives at the intersection of data, customer experience, and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of customer promotions and loyalty offers across sports products Own reporting on campaign performance and commercial impact, translating insights into action Support day to day CRM operations, ensuring projects and promotions are delivered on time and to a high standard Champion a test and learn culture, utilizing A/B testing, multivariate testing, and control groups to optimize CRM performance Define and implement localized, territory specific CRM strategies, delivering structured and scalable campaign roadmaps Ensure all CRM activity fully complies with regulatory and licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions Partner closely with senior leadership to communicate CRM goals, results, and improvement opportunities Maintain deep knowledge of CRM platforms, CDPs, and promotional mechanics, ensuring best practice is embedded across the team Propose customer centric innovations designed to enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and CRM best practices to keep strategies market leading Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to maximize impact Leadership & Team Management Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing Sports CRM team Take ownership of day to day people management, capacity planning, and delivery standards Delegate effectively through strong organizational and prioritization skills Support team members in developing technical CRM expertise and commercial understanding Skills & Experience Required Extensive experience in CRM, promotions, or loyalty roles within the online sports betting industry Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights Proven experience using CRM/CDP platforms such as Optimove, XtremePush, and/or Braze Deep understanding of sports betting customer lifecycles, promotional mechanics, and loyalty frameworks Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast moving environment Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross departmentally Confident decision maker with a track record of delivering projects from concept to execution Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines What’s On Offer Competitive base salary ($105,000 – $130,000) Annual bonus plan Comprehensive Health & Wellness benefits 33 days PTO per year 401(k) with company match Opportunity to play a key role in shaping CRM strategy for a major sports brand

Position Summary The CRM Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing customer relationship management strategies across digital channels to strengthen customer engagement and lifetime value. This role leads end-to-end campaign execution, leverages data insights to inform decisions, and partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet client objectives. Create and manage personalized messaging modules and automated campaign journeys. Develop, launch, and manage promotional campaigns for clients across CRM channels. Analytics & Optimization Analyze campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations. Continuously optimize CRM marketing programs to improve engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes. Support data-driven decision-making across CRM initiatives. Technology & Vendor Management Manage relationships with CRM software vendors and ensure effective use of CRM technologies. Act as a subject-matter resource on CRM tools and digital engagement platforms. Stay current on CRM industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying insights to strategy development. Qualifications Demonstrated hunger for continuous learning and execution in the digital gaming space. Strong creative problem-solving abilities paired with analytical rigor. Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms, ESPs, and push providers such as Optimove, Braze, Bloomreach, or similar tools. Familiarity with online gaming, sports betting, or casino environments is a strong advantage.
