VIP Account Manager – Online Casino
Location: Malta or Remote

A growing online casino business is seeking an experienced VIP Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with its highest-value players.

This role is central to driving VIP engagement, retention, and lifetime value through highly personalised service, outbound engagement, and close collaboration with CRM and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for VIP players, delivering a premium, personalised service

  • Build long-term relationships to maximise retention, engagement, and player value

  • Manage VIP communications across phone, email, and chat

  • Execute outbound calls for player activation, reactivation, and retention

  • Plan and deliver tailored VIP promotions, incentives, and special events

  • Resolve player issues relating to payments, bonuses, and account management

  • Track and report on VIP performance, activity, and engagement metrics

  • Work closely with CRM to support segmentation and targeted VIP campaigns

  • Conduct quality checks across markets and flag operational or technical issues

  • Represent VIP player needs internally across product, support, and technical teams

Requirements

  • Native-level German and fluent English (essential)

  • Proven experience in a VIP or high-value player role within online casino

  • Strong commercial mindset with confidence handling VIPs over the phone

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and retention skills

  • Data-driven with strong organisational and reporting abilities

  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement tools is highly desirable

Affiliate Account Manager – Online Casino Location: Malta or Remote Type: Full-time A fast-growing online gaming business is looking to hire an experienced Affiliate Manager to take ownership of its casino affiliate channel and drive scalable player acquisition across multiple markets. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who can activate traffic quickly through an existing network of casino affiliates while continuing to grow and optimise the program long term.
