Overview:

You will be a dynamic and highly organised person to provide delivery and structure while the company maintains it's fast pace of growth. 

The Senior Vice President of Operations is the executive responsible for day-to-day execution across the company. This role ensures that audits, analytics, reporting, and client management deliverables are all produced accurately, on time, and to a consistently high standard.

The role acts as the internal operating authority — building structure, enforcing processes, and coordinating teams so that strategy, commitments, and regulatory obligations translate into reliable outcomes.
This role is central to ensuring the company runs efficiently, cohesively, and in line with its strategic objectives.

This role is the internal engine and driver of consistency, execution, and alignment and is ideal for a someone with strong execution focused experience and a real “get it done” mentality.


Based in the Philippines.


Key Responsibilities include:

• Own the day-to-day operational delivery across Auditing, Market Analysis, Data Operations, and Reporting functions, Account Management, and Compliance.
• Ensure all audits, analytics, dashboards, reports, and client deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed standards.
• Maintain full visibility over delivery pipelines, deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
• Track and enforce operational commitments made to clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Intervene directly where delivery, quality, or timelines are at risk.

Analytics, Reporting & Quality Control

• Oversee the full lifecycle of analytical and reporting outputs, from data ingestion through analysis, review, packaging, and delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the central operational coordinator between analytics, compliance, product, account management, sales, PR and executive leadership.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of operational staff.
• Ensure workloads are balanced, capacity is forecasted, and teams are appropriately resourced.
• Make decisive people and structure changes where necessary to maintain delivery standards.

Process Build-Out & Scaling

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, templates, and delivery frameworks.
• Build repeatable, scalable systems suitable for a high-growth, regulated environment.

Expertise Required:
• 10+ years senior operational leadership experience within a high-growth, regulated, or technology-driven environment.
• Background in compliance-adjacent, analytics-driven, fintech, gaming, or regulatory technology organisations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume operational workflows across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated success building operational structure in early-stage or scaling companies.
• Confident decision-maker with a bias toward execution and accountability.
• Experience working within compliance-related or compliance-focused industries. 
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams while balancing competing priorities.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage and oversee high-volume workflows with strong attention to detail 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Operations, Analytics, or related fields, or equivalent senior operational experience.

My Client as part of their continued growth are seeking to recruit a Senior Tax Executive. Duties include but are not limited to: Assist in the oversight for a respective client portfolio to ensure compliance with Maltese tax obligations and timely submission of necessary tax documents; Review corporate and individual tax returns prepared by junior team members to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable legislation; Prepare corporate tax computations, income tax returns (including fiscal unit returns), shareholder registration forms, and refund claim forms for clients, as required; Prepare individual income tax returns of varying complexity, including those filed under Maltese residence schemes or specific tax statuses; Liaise with the Malta Tax and Customs Administration in connection with standard client tax matters, including compliance queries and administrative procedures; Provide support to the tax advisory department on an ad-hoc basis, particularly in matters involving corporate restructuring, share transfers, or cross-border considerations; Contribute to the preparation of technical training materials, guidelines, articles, or other forms of content concerning relevant tax topics, under the guidance of management; Collaborate with team members to identify potential enhancements to procedures, documentation, or client service workflows, and escalate these suggestions for managerial review and implementation; Support junior colleagues by providing informal guidance and technical input, particularly during the review or preparation of client deliverables.
