Key Responsibilities include:
• Own the day-to-day operational delivery across Auditing, Market Analysis, Data Operations, and Reporting functions, Account Management, and Compliance.
• Ensure all audits, analytics, dashboards, reports, and client deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed standards.
• Maintain full visibility over delivery pipelines, deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
• Track and enforce operational commitments made to clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Intervene directly where delivery, quality, or timelines are at risk.
Analytics, Reporting & Quality Control
• Oversee the full lifecycle of analytical and reporting outputs, from data ingestion through analysis, review, packaging, and delivery.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the central operational coordinator between analytics, compliance, product, account management, sales, PR and executive leadership.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of operational staff.
• Ensure workloads are balanced, capacity is forecasted, and teams are appropriately resourced.
• Make decisive people and structure changes where necessary to maintain delivery standards.
Process Build-Out & Scaling
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, templates, and delivery frameworks.
• Build repeatable, scalable systems suitable for a high-growth, regulated environment.
Expertise Required:
• 10+ years senior operational leadership experience within a high-growth, regulated, or technology-driven environment.
