Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage scalable AWS-based cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, Crossplane, and ArgoCD.

  • Implement and maintain GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices (e.g., Terraform).

  • Develop monitoring and alerting systems with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Alloy.

  • Lead incident response, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform stability.

  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support fast, secure deployments.

  • Collaborate with developers to enhance automation, documentation, and operational workflows.

Desired Experience:

  • 4+ years in Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps roles.

  • Proven expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.

  • Strong Linux, networking, and cloud security background.

  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Go, or Bash).

  • Experience in performance-critical, 24/7 environments is a big plus.

The role involves: Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of system engineers and technicians. Designing, deploying, and maintaining on-premise and cloud infrastructures, particularly within AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, etc.). Guaranteeing service availability, scalability, and resilience through proper system architecture. Implementing security and compliance frameworks, as well as reliable backup and recovery strategies.
