Senior Project Manager - Operations | Social Casino | iGaming  

Location: Connecticut
Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000/year + Bonus 
Schedule: 2 - 3 days on-site (Hybrid) 


My client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance operational excellence, technology enablement, and strategic business priorities. This role plays a central part in ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals across a fast-moving, live-operations environment. 

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of project management experience, demonstrates strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, and is comfortable partnering with Operations, Technology, Product, Marketing, People & Culture, and external vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead full project lifecycles from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure 

  • Develop and maintain project charters, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and communication plans 

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, and issue resolution 

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and support operational and strategic objectives 

  • Support operational improvement initiatives in partnership with the Executive Director of Operations 

  • Collaborate with technology leadership on system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and infrastructure initiatives 

  • Drive process optimization, documentation, and scalable workflow design 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, risks, dependencies, and timelines 

  • Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and post-project evaluations 

  • Ensure alignment and clarity across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle 

  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues 

  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, procurement processes, and vendor governance 

  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field required 

  • Master’s degree in MBA, Project Management, or related discipline preferred 

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects 

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner, CSM or equivalent Agile certification, and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications preferred 

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills 

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Comfortable supporting live products and evolving operational environments 

  • Willingness to participate in on-call support for critical operational incidents
