Senior Paralegal – IP & Licensing
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Relocation Support Provided)
Headcount: 4 positions available
Department: Legal – Intellectual Property (IP) and Licensing Units

Are you a skilled Vietnamese legal professional ready to take your career global? Join a dynamic legal team in Bangkok, supporting high-impact IP and licensing matters for a global organization. We are looking for four Senior Paralegals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in navigating complex legal workflows in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

In the IP (Intellectual Property) Unit:

  • Manage trademark and copyright portfolios: conduct clearance searches, file applications, track renewals and office actions

  • Prepare filings for oppositions, cancellations, and contentious IP matters

  • Support IP enforcement: gather evidence, draft cease and desist letters, coordinate online takedown efforts

  • Maintain and update the IP database and case management systems

  • Liaise with global IP agents and foreign counsel on filings and enforcement actions

In the Licensing Unit:

  • Draft, review, and prepare standard licensing agreements and renewals

  • Assist with contract negotiations: including software, content, and commercial licensing agreements

  • Manage contract repositories and track obligations, expirations, and key terms

  • Support the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and archiving

  • Summarize and abstract legal agreements for internal teams

General Legal & Administrative Support:

  • Conduct legal research and prepare reports, presentations, and training materials

  • Serve as a liaison with Vietnamese-speaking partners when required

  • Handle document formatting, proofreading, notarization, and legalization


What We’re Looking For

  • Native or fluent Vietnamese speaker

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Paralegal Diploma (Vietnam or abroad)

  • 4–6 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department

  • Experience in intellectual property and/or commercial licensing is a strong plus

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn legal tech tools

  • Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment

  • Willing and eligible to relocate to Bangkok
