Regulatory Legal Counsel Location - Malta or UK  Hybird  I am supporting a reputable iGaming business who are looking for a Regulatory Legal Counsel to support in various areas within the legal space, including -  · Providing expert advice on specific and complex gaming matters in countries of interest. · Preparedness to build an in-depth knowledge of online gaming regulations and developments relevant to the activities of Kambi and its existing and potential clients · Drafting of legal and regulatory analyses and risk assessments. · Facilitating compliance with applicable laws and regulations. · Preparing regulatory, licensing and compliance documents. · Developing and maintaining relationships with national and international regulatory authorities. · Producing simple and actionable interpretations of the rules applicable for each business unit. · Ability to analyse regulatory issues and provide succinct solutions during discussion at Board/Exec level. · Excellent soft skills for management of in house teams; recognition of individual drivers of performance and ability to motivate, inspire and lead; skilled in mentoring and coaching juniors to up-skill and cross-skill teams. · Taking the lead as Project Manager for regulatory projects from beginning to end, as well as implementing a compliance project. · Producing and reviewing regular reporting submitted by/to gaming authorities. · Carrying out projects related to the regulatory scope (Sports Ethics, Responsible Gaming, Anti-Money-Laundering, data protection). · Managing external law firms and ensuring firms comply with pre-agreed fee estimates. · Providing legal training to trainees and internal stakeholders. · Coaching, supervising and motivate junior members of the Legal team. · Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contractual agreements   Qualifications and skills required: · Qualified Solicitor (5-6 Years PQE). · Experience dealing directly with regulators. · Ability to work on various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · High levels of initiative, pragmatism and common sense. · Curiosity with a keenness to innovate, improve processes and drive efficiencies. · Ability to work both independently and in a team. · Inspire respect and confidence with internal and external contacts. · Attention to detail.   Location: London, United Kingdom / Malta

Cyprus - Limassol  Hybrid after 6 months Key Responsibilities Provide clear, timely advice on commercial, corporate, labour, and partnership matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements (e.g. supplier, PSP, license, NDA, and marketing). Advise on IP, licensing, and regulatory issues. Liaise with external counsel on litigation and compliance matters. Support M&A activity and help develop internal policies and training. Requirements Law degree (LLB; LLM an advantage). Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ experience, ideally in-house. Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law. Experience in regulated industries; iGaming a plus.
