Key Responsibilities Streaming Quality & Performance Own the ongoing measurement and improvement of streaming quality across live casino services. Define and evolve KPIs covering latency, reliability, playback, availability, and player experience. Build and improve dashboards, monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities. Analyze performance across markets, network conditions, devices, browsers, operating systems, and other relevant dimensions.
