We’re seeking a driven Sales Manager to spearhead new business across the Asian market. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expansion - building relationships, negotiating, and closing deals with operators and aggregators. You’ll join a flexible, dynamic team where collaboration is encouraged, and you’ll report directly to the Head of Sales.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B iGaming sales
- Proven track record selling into Asian operators/aggregators
- Strong negotiator with a hunger for growth and ability to hit the ground running
- Confident relationship-builder with commercial drive

Chief Commercial Officer | B2B Casino Content | iGaming

The Role:
As CCO, you will report directly to the Head of Business Unit and lead the global commercial strategy. You’ll take ownership of all B2B commercial functions—sales, account management, and B2B marketing—building out a world-class team and delivering revenue growth through strategic execution and client development.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for formulating and executing a commercial strategy focused on deepening relationships with existing Tier 1 operators and acquiring new high-value partners globally. You’ll also shape go-to-market positioning, oversee commercial packaging and pricing strategies, and personally lead key account negotiations. The current team is 15 people across Sales and AM, and your leadership will be critical in scaling this function.
About You:
You’ll have at least 8 years in B2B commercial leadership, ideally within iGaming, SaaS, or digital content. You must have experience leading international sales teams, creating commercial strategies, and managing full P&L responsibility. An understanding of casino games (Live, RNG, platform integrations) is highly desirable, and you must be able to travel frequently—including bi-weekly visits to the company HQ. You’ll be a highly strategic thinker with excellent commercial instincts, confident leading negotiations at C-level and influencing across regions and departments.
