The Role:
As a Risk Supervisor, you will be responsible for learning risk management procedures with their Asian team and developing training materials for the future Risk team that will be structured. This role focuses on identifying and manually resolving issues related to fraud, bonus abuse, gaming strategies (such as Martingale), and KYC errors. As a supervisor, you will also support the legal team by providing evidence when necessary.
About You:
You have solid experience in AML processes and manual controls, with sharp analytical skills to spot fraudulent patterns. Detail-oriented and compliance-focused, you thrive on ensuring security. Proficient in English (B2/Advanced), you bring experience from iGaming, banking, or similar industries.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to own the marketing roadmap in Peru. You’ll work closely with central teams to shape campaigns, manage local execution, and drive acquisition, engagement, and brand performance in a competitive space.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the local marketing strategy aligned with global goals
Act as the main point of contact between Peru and central teams (Performance, CRM, Social Media, Sponsorships)
Drive acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness through impactful campaigns
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and new opportunities
Present benchmarks and actionable insights around brand and user acquisition
Manage and optimize the local marketing budget to maximize ROI
Oversee execution of ATL/BTL, influencer, and media partnerships
Represent local user needs in global and regional campaign planning
Monitor performance and continuously improve based on key metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
At least 5 years of experience leading marketing strategies in local markets
Background in digital-first industries such as online betting, fintech, e-commerce, or gaming
Experience coordinating with matrixed international teams
Strong grasp of performance marketing, CRM, brand activations, and consumer trends
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
