Advise on areas such as gaming law, AML/CFT, data protection, IP, tax, IT, employment, and commercial law. Manage intellectual property (e.g., trademarks and enforcement actions). Conduct legal research and track regulatory changes across jurisdictions. Compliance support: Advise on compliance matters including gaming, AML/CFT, consumer protection, and competition law. Help develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and risk registers. Manage licensing, certifications, audits, and regulatory submissions across jurisdictions. Requirements: At least 5 years’ in-house legal experience, ideally in iGaming (B2B preferred) or a regulated industry. Strong expertise in gaming, commercial, corporate, employment, IT, AML/CFT, and IP law. Skilled in contract negotiation and handling regulatory/audit processes. Strong English communication skills and proficiency with tools like Jira, Google Suite, MS Office, and AI tools. Detail-oriented, proactive, business-focused, and willing to travel occasionally.
