Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, AML, Customer Support) to streamline payment processes. Support testing, validation, and rollout of new payment methods and routing logic. Stay current with industry trends, emerging payment technologies, and regulatory changes.   What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in online payments or payment analytics (preferably in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce). Proven track record in managing multiple PSP integrations and optimising payment flows. Hands-on experience with PaymentIQ or similar payment orchestration tools (strong advantage). Excellent data and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools) with high attention to detail. Solid understanding of user experience in payment journeys. Proactive communicator, comfortable working with both technical and operational teams. Fluent in English; based in Malta or open to relocation.
