Im supporting a leader in iGaming who are looking for a Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal to join the in-house legal team. This role combines legal support with operational coordination, helping manage contracts, compliance processes, legal systems, and corporate governance activities across the business.
Working model - Onsite (6months - Hybrid afterwards)
Location - Limassol, Cyprus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal documents, databases, and workflows
• Support contracts, compliance, and regulatory filings
• Assist with corporate governance and entity management
• Coordinate legal processes and monitor key deadlines
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal summaries

• 3+ years’ experience in a legal or legal operations role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience with contracts, compliance, and legal systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Cyprus - Limassol  Hybrid after 6 months Key Responsibilities Provide clear, timely advice on commercial, corporate, labour, and partnership matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements (e.g. supplier, PSP, license, NDA, and marketing). Advise on IP, licensing, and regulatory issues. Liaise with external counsel on litigation and compliance matters. Support M&A activity and help develop internal policies and training. Requirements Law degree (LLB; LLM an advantage). Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years’ experience, ideally in-house. Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law. Experience in regulated industries; iGaming a plus.
