Operating in a highly competitive industry they are accelerating growth in Brazil and looking for a Media Analyst in São Paulo to professionalize the delivery function and raise the bar across everything they do.

 

Why This Role?

As a Media Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our growth in Brazil. You’ll lead the planning and execution of media campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI and drive new customer acquisition (FTDs).

This role combines technical planning, campaign management, and data-driven optimization. You’ll work closely with social media, marketing, and performance teams (based in both Brazil and Argentina) to ensure every campaign is integrated, impactful, and aligned with our bold ambitions in the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance media strategy tailored to the Brazilian market
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across digital channels (SEM, paid social, programmatic, affiliate) and traditional media (TV, offline paid media providers)
  • Manage budgets to ensure optimal allocation and pacing for business objectives
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and data teams for fully integrated campaigns
  • Negotiate with media partners and platforms to secure the best placements and rates
  • Stay on top of market trends, new technologies, and consumer behaviors in Brazil
  • Support awareness and conversion-focused campaigns (ATL), CRM, and platform marketing as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Must be based in São Paulo
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a must
  • Proven experience as a Digital Media Manager, Media Analyst, or similar role focused on performance marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian digital market, consumer behavior, and media landscape
  • Expertise with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.)
  • Experience running offline/traditional campaigns is a plus
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
