My client are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Licensing Specialist to support their growing betting & gaming operations in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior professional with 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or legal administration for an iGaming operator or supplier.
You will play a key role in ensuring the business remains compliant with state-level gaming regulations by managing license applications, renewals, and ongoing reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit license applications and renewals for operations across various U.S. jurisdictions.
Maintain accurate records of licensing statuses, deadlines, and regulatory correspondence.
Liaise with state regulators, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submissions.
Monitor regulatory updates and changes in licensing requirements across states.
Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Assist in the development and maintenance of internal licensing procedures and compliance checklists.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, Product, and Operations.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a licensing, compliance, or regulatory role in sports betting, casino or adjacent highly regulated space.
Familiarity with U.S. state-level gaming regulations is a strong plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a related field preferred.
Nice to have:
Experience working with U.S. gaming regulators (e.g., NJ DGE, PA Gaming Control Board, Michigan Gaming Control Board).
Exposure to international licensing processes (e.g., MGA, UKGC) is a bonus.
Interest in the iGaming industry and regulatory trends.

The Mathematician is responsible for designing and developing the mathematical models that define the core mechanics of online slot games. This role combines a strong background in probability theory and statistical analysis with a deep understanding of player psychology and slot game dynamics; turning creative game concepts into mathematically sound and compelling products that stand out in the competitive iGaming market.
Responsibilities:
Create and define math models for slot games, including reel strips, pay tables, bonus features, and progressive mechanics.
Produce clear and comprehensive math documentation for internal teams and external regulators, including game flowcharts and probability models.
Design models that meet the requirements of regulated markets across multiple jurisdictions, adapting game mechanics as needed.
Create engaging and innovative successful slot experiences by balancing performance metrics such as Return to Player (RTP), hit frequency, and volatility with creative gameplay features.
Write simulation and demo code for games as well as run simulations to test mathematical models, verify theoretical values, and ensure expected behavior across different gameplay scenarios.
Work closely with game designers, developers, and artists to align math models with gameplay mechanics and the creative vision.
Analyze and stay informed on market and industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics/Statistics with a strong understanding of statistics and probability.
5+ years in the iGaming industry.
