Junior GDPR Administrator 

Your Responsibilities

  • Process data subject access requests under Article 15 of the GDPR, including identity verification, data research, documentation, and communication.

  • Act as a liaison between data subjects and internal departments (IT, Service, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product).

  • Collaborate closely with the Group Data Protection Officer (DPO).

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the data protection management system.

  • Help refine and optimize data rights handling processes.

  • Support the creation of GDPR templates and internal guidelines.

  • Participate in GDPR training sessions and awareness initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Completed training or education in a commercial, legal, or IT field – career starters are welcome.

  • Basic knowledge of GDPR (especially Articles 15–22) is an advantage.

  • Keen interest in data protection, legal topics, and digital processes.

  • Strong command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus, not a must.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and customer-focused working style.

  • Confident with standard office tools (MS Office; experience with Jira, Confluence is a bonus).

Senior IP Counsel Reporting to: Head of IP Locations: Bangkok  Overview We’re hiring a Senior IP Counsel to lead our global IP program—covering trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and domains. You’ll set strategy, secure registrations, resolve disputes, and ensure our core assets are protected and monetised.
