The ideal candidate will shape and implement a high-impact data strategy, build scalable systems and teams, and promote a strong data culture. Main Responsibilities: Define and execute the company-wide data roadmap. Lead a team of data engineers, ML engineers, and a data product manager. Develop scalable data and ML architecture. Ensure data governance, compliance, and data integrity. Encourage the use of machine learning and predictive analytics. Promote data quality, literacy, and best practices across teams. Advocate for treating data as a product. Manage external data-related partnerships. Desired experience: Proven background in senior data leadership roles. Strong technical expertise in cloud-based data architecture (BI, real-time analytics, ML/AI). Experience growing data functions in B2C digital environments. Solid understanding of data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and governance.
