A leading managed services and consulting business supporting operators across the North American online betting and social casino market is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its growing Marketing team.
The business delivers long term, embedded marketing and operational support to clients across acquisition, CRM, VIP, analytics, product, and technology. Creative plays a key role in driving performance across freemium/social casino and sportsbook, where engaging design and lifecycle marketing directly impact player conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
This role will work closely with Acquisition, CRM, VIP, Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to support the execution of creative marketing initiatives across the customer lifecycle.

The Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will support the delivery of creative assets across acquisition and lifecycle marketing channels. You will work as part of a cross functional marketing team, contributing to creative planning and executing high quality design assets that enhance player engagement and conversion.
This is a hands on role for a designer who enjoys working in a fast paced, performance driven environment and wants exposure to lifecycle marketing, CRM, and data informed creative optimization within the social casino and online sports betting space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of creative marketing initiatives across acquisition and lifecycle channels
  • Translate marketing briefs and objectives into high quality visual assets
  • Produce creative assets across email, onsite, in app, push, social, paid media, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with CRM, Acquisition, and Analytics teams to iterate on creative based on performance insights
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency and visual standards across all marketing output
  • Support creative testing initiatives and contribute ideas for improving engagement and conversion
  • Monitor competitor and market creative to stay informed on design trends and best practices
  • Work closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure creative assets meet performance and UX requirements
  • Coordinate with external creative partners or agencies when required
  • Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines in a fast moving environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design & Visual Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a graphic design or digital marketing design role
  • Experience producing creative for digital first businesses, ideally within social/freemium gaming, igaming, sports betting, sports media, or subscription models
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing design best practices
  • Confident working across multiple channels including email, social, display, and landing pages
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly on creative assets
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Hands on experience with modern design tools and creative technologies
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable
