The role: You’ll own delivery of cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams, working with Delivery Team Leads, Product and Business stakeholders to plan, sequence and land large-scale product and platform initiatives. Key responsibilities: Plan and execute program objectives across teams, tied to business goals Own timelines, scope, risks and dependencies end to end Clear cross-team blockers and act as the bridge between delivery and business/product Track KPIs, flag risks early and drive continuous improvement What you bring: 5+ years in Program or Project Management across multiple teams or workstreams Strong grasp of the software delivery lifecycle and stakeholder management Program-level risk, dependency and scope management Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket experience
