We're looking for a Data Engineer to join our client's team and play a key role in shaping how data is collected, managed, and leveraged across the business.

In this position, you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to build reliable data solutions, improve reporting capabilities, and deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.

You'll help ensure data is accessible, accurate, and actionable, while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our analytics function.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines, integrations, and data storage solutions
  • Collaborating with development and business teams to ensure data is available, reliable, and fit for purpose
  • Building and enhancing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics processes to support operational and executive teams
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, and business drivers through advanced data analysis
  • Supporting the development of predictive models, customer segmentation initiatives, and other data-driven projects
  • Promoting data literacy across the organization by translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Mentoring analysts and contributing to the growth and maturity of the analytics function

 

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience with MSSQL, Power BI, DAX, Google Analytics, APIs, and ETL/ELT processes
  • Experience working with data integration and automated data acquisition tools
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring analytics or data teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

The Responsible Gaming Analyst is responsible for identifying and assessing customers who may be at risk of gambling-related harm, determining appropriate protections and monitoring outcomes. The role reviews behavioural, transactional and customer interaction data, applies risk-based decisions and coordinates required actions with Customer Support or other authorised customer-facing teams.   This role will support the establishment of effective Responsible Gaming processes, consistent interventions and a sustainable approach to customer protection.
