A highly regarded iGaming Group is growing and looking to hire a Compliance Manager to cover strategic and operational requirements across North America.
In this cross-functional role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing inclusive and forward-thinking compliance strategies. You’ll build strong, collaborative relationships with regulatory bodies and government agencies, and provide proactive guidance on legislative and regulatory developments.
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, you’ll lead market entry processes and workflows, contribute directly to our global growth in both new and existing markets, and help position the Compliance team as a trusted partner in company-wide decision-making.

What you bring to the team:

You’ll build strong, collaborative relationships with regulatory bodies and government agencies, and provide proactive guidance on legislative and regulatory developments.

As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will be:
Heading North America Regulatory Affairs
- Develop and execute the company’s US and Canada regulatory affairs and lobbying strategy, fostering strong relationships with regulatory bodies, external partners, and legal advisors to support iGaming industry initiatives
- Scan the legal horizon and interpret emerging laws and regulations from a regulatory perspective, advising the business on potential impacts and compliance strategies
- Creating regulatory knowledgebase by obtaining and managing regulation documents
- Lead iGaming and security audits submissions to US and Canadian regulatory authorities while working with internal tech teams and Independent Test Labs (ITLs).
- Responsible for N. America compliance-related investigations and reporting
- Creating Internal Controls Standards based on regulatory frameworks, including internal distribution and training
- Designing and enforcing compliance frameworks, policies, and controls that adhere to Bragg’s standards and align with diverse jurisdictional regulations
- Providing regulatory requirements counseling for cross-functions throughout market entries and cross-functional projects lifecycle
- Conduct regulatory gap analyses and formulate action plans to mitigate compliance risks across multiple jurisdictions
- Acting as primary N. America regulatory liaison, advising cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Finance, Sales) on compliance requirements and recommending optimal solutions for various operational environments
- Initiating and setting frameworks for regulatory projects
- Writing iGaming license application documents
What you bring to the team:
- An experienced & passionate problem-solver who is methodological, responsible, accountable, self-driven and service minded
- Qualified lawyer or compliance professional with proven 2+ years of experience in global regulatory landscapes, preferably within the iGaming industry
- Comprehensive view of a technological product, from requirement to a compliant user experience
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements effectively to technical, product, and business teams.
- Strong organisational and project management skills to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A true team-player with strong multi-tasking skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Knowledge of one or more additional languages.
- Experience in product iGaming regulations and standards.

Lead the Legal function to provide advice on legal matters.
