Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end certification process for both in-house and third-party games to ensure compliance with technical standards required in jurisdictions like MGA, UKGC, New Jersey DGE, and Ontario AGCO.

  • Develop and maintain a regulatory test matrix, updating promptly with any regulatory changes.

  • Prepare and validate all documentation and artefacts for lab submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

  • Serve as primary contact for external test labs, managing schedules, turnaround times, and resolving any issues.

  • Conduct pre-certification checks on staging builds to ensure readiness.

  • Manage changes to production systems, assessing any impact on existing certifications.

  • Handle regulatory reporting, compile evidence for licensing bodies, and address regulator inquiries swiftly.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance without hindering project timelines.

  • Drive process improvements aimed at reducing certification cycle times.

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years in iGaming or land-based gaming compliance, including at least 3 years focused on lab certifications.

  • Solid history of securing approvals across major regulated markets.

  • Deep knowledge of GLI/BMM/iTech standards, RNG/RTP testing, PCI DSS fundamentals, and ISO/IEC 17025 practices.

  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple parallel submissions.

  • Excellent technical writing and document control skills.

  • Skilled in negotiation and communication to ensure compliance standards are met.

  • Fluent English; additional languages tied to target jurisdictions are advantageous.

  • Nice to have: experience certifying sports betting platforms, working with Kubernetes deployments, or holding certifications like CAMS, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

Location: On-site in Bangkok, Thailand, or Dubai, UAE, with travel to testing labs and regulatory bodies (~10%).

This role focuses on supporting product teams with analytics, reporting, and actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. Main Responsibilities: • Actively participate in business initiatives from the product perspective, including evaluating potential business impact, defining data and reporting needs, and developing frameworks to measure success. • Design and implement reporting solutions in Tableau and other tools to analyze the performance of product features, customer journeys, and behavioral metrics such as conversion funnels. • Scope, plan, and perform A/B tests and various analyses, translating results into clear, actionable recommendations for product stakeholders. • Contribute to the development and deployment of a robust analytics layer for A/B testing processes. • Take ownership of maintaining and enhancing reporting systems and dashboards used by product teams.
