Compliance Specialist (Spanish Speaking) Hybrid - Malta A growing iGaming business on Malta is looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to help ensure their operations meet all legal and regulatory requirements across multiple markets, with a strong focus on the Spanish regulated market.   What you’ll do Stay up to date with regulatory and legal changes, including AML/CFT requirements Create, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures Manage and review the company’s compliance policies and ensure they are followed Perform internal compliance checks and report findings and improvements Work closely with Legal, Risk, Customer Support, and Tech teams on regulatory matters Research and share updates on new or changing regulations Handle regulatory reporting, filings, and notifications on time Support MLROs with AML risk assessments, audits, and staff training   What we’re looking for Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Experience working in the Spanish regulated market At least 3 years of experience in compliance or a related role Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and how to apply them High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail German language skills are an advantage   What we offer Friendly, supportive team Competitive salary based on experience Lunches and fruit provided Health insurance and wellness benefits Hybrid working model

About the Role A growing B2C iGaming company on Malta is on the lookout for a Finance Executive to join the team. You’ll assist with PSP reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and banking relationships, while still getting hands-on with day-to-day accounting operations and supporting the Head of Finance.
