THIS ROLE REQUIRES RELOCATING TO TAIWAN FOR 6 MONTHS FOR MANDATORY TRAINING 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand revenue streams within an assigned portfolio by identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with clients to improve game visibility and performance through targeted marketing and promotional activities
  • Contribute to securing and maintaining favorable commercial terms in partnerships
  • Coordinate closely with internal marketing teams to deliver high-quality and effective promotional campaigns
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by sharing insights, best practices, and industry knowledge
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to operators, ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner


Desired experience:

  • Previous experience in account management, business development, or similar client-facing roles, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or digital entertainment (preferred but not strictly mandatory)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional planning is advantageous
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Brazilian nationality or eligibility to work in Brazil is required
  • Willingness to undergo an initial training period in Taiwan before transitioning to a role based in Brazil (mandatory)

Company Overview Our client is a new, fully remote market maker on prediction markets, funded by a tier 1 operator to build next-generation trading systems, leveraging huge industry IP & resources from the tier 1 operator. The founding team includes true industry veterans with a vision for the future. They are building a lean, fully remote, senior team focused on high-performance systems, pragmatic engineering, and rapid iteration. Mission Build fast, ergonomic internal trading tools that give engineers and traders real-time visibility into exchange activity and the ability to interact directly with our systems — from monitoring live order flow to operational controls and order book interaction. What You Will Do •    Lead the development of performant, real-time trader-facing UIs: blotters, order tickets, risk views, dashboards, and order book displays. •    Build interactive operational tooling that allows engineers and traders to act on what they see — suspending or enabling trading activity, sending commands to the system, managing positions, and interacting with live order books. •    Design and implement lightweight backend services (e.g., REST APIs, WebSocket servers) that aggregate, transform, and serve data to your front-ends — full ownership from data feed to UI. •    Shape the front-end stack and standards for state management, testing, and performance. •    Design for real-time data over WebSockets/streaming; ensure graceful degradation and resilience. •    Work directly with trading and backend engineers to understand workflow requirements and translate them into intuitive, high-performance interfaces — there are no designers or product managers; good product instincts are part of the role. •    Build reusable component libraries and a lightweight design system tailored to trading workflows. •    Instrument apps for telemetry and user-centric performance (TTI, frame times), and partner on end-to-end observability. •    Maintain high code quality through reviews, automation, and thoughtful documentation. What You Bring •    5+ years building complex front-end applications, ideally in real-time or data-heavy domains. •    Expertise with a modern framework (React is the current stack) and TypeScript. •    Strong grasp of state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar) and testing (Jest, React Testing Library). •    Experience with real-time transports (WebSocket, SSE) and data visualization (e.g., Highcharts, D3, Recharts). •    Comfort building and owning lightweight backend services to support your UIs — Python/FastAPI or similar; this is not a pure front-end role. •    Keen product/UX instincts and a pragmatic approach to trade-offs; able to own UX decisions without dedicated design support. •    A genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development. You are actively using AI coding tools in your daily workflow, you experiment on your own, and you bring that curiosity to how you approach problems. AI proficiency is not about a specific tool — it's about having the mindset and habit of leveraging AI as a force multiplier. Domain Knowledge Our ideal candidate brings meaningful familiarity with one of the following: •    Sports betting — You understand markets, odds, order flow, or have worked on trading, risk, or operations tooling in this space. •    Financial markets or prediction markets — Exchange, derivatives, or prediction market background with a demonstrated interest in applying that to sports. •    Strong independent interest — Meaningful side projects or self-directed learning in sports betting, financial exchanges, or prediction markets are equally welcome. Nice to Have •    Experience with AG Grid or similar enterprise data grid libraries; high-density, real-time tabular data is central to our UIs. •    Familiarity with order book visualization and the mechanics of exchange-traded markets. •    Exposure to Electron or desktop packaging for internal tools.
