Executive Assistant del Managing Director Barcelona, España Salario atractivo + bonus   Estamos buscando a un EA del Managing Director de una de las principales compañías de póker a nivel mundial. No es una posición tradicional, buscamos a una persona que combine una excelente capacidad de organización y soporte ejecutivo con una fuerte orientación a la gestión de proyectos, expansión internacional y desarrollo de mercados. El candidato ideal es un profesional con conocimiento local del mercado y experiencia en iGaming, crypto, fintech, finance u otros entornos similares.   Responsabilidades: Gestionarás proyectos de entrada en nuevos mercados, partnerships, licencias y regulaciones a nivel internacional. Reunirás y prepararás toda la información necesaria para que el Mananging Director pueda tomar decisiones, y asegurarte de que cada uno de los proyectos en curso siga avanzando. Tendrás responsabilidad directa sobre la gestión de todo el portfolio de proyectos - participarás en las reuniones, registrarás cada acción acordada y realizarás su seguimiento hasta completarlas. Participarás en negociaciones y conversaciones estratégicas al más alto nivel, por lo que buscamos a alguien dispuesto a realizar el trabajo estratégico como también el operativo. Gestionarás asuntos personales y administrativos de alta sensibilidad - y coordinarás con especialistas cuando sea necesario.   Requisitos: Español e inglés fluidos. +3 años de experiencia trabajando como Executive Assistant para personas de alto patrimonio (CEOs, Managing Directors, VPs, empresarios). Experiencia gestionando múltiples proyectos y stakeholders simultáneamente. Conocimientos sobre el mercado local y experiencia profesional trabajando en Barcelona/España.

A highly regarded B2C iGaming business is looking to hire a Regulatory Compliance specialist to support the requirements of the DGOJ. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards in the Spanish market by researching and communicating regulatory requirements, creating action plans, and obtaining approvals from DGOJ and any other relevant regulatory bodies. Support the Compliance Manager in ensuring all Spanish regulatory requirements are met, delivering regulatory compliance initiatives effectively across the organisation. Conduct regulatory research by monitoring updates from the regulator, the Spanish Government, and other relevant sources. Develop and support regulatory policies by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders while incorporating emerging trends and market-specific developments. Propose the strategic approach for Spanish regulatory compliance, ensuring alignment with the company's wider compliance objectives. Liaise with the DGOJ, the Spanish Police Authority, and other relevant bodies to promote the company's interests. Perform risk assessments and internal audits relating to legal and regulatory compliance across operational, technical, and support processes applicable to Spain. Prepare reports on Spanish regulatory requirements and associated action plans. Draft formal responses to enquiries and investigations conducted by Spanish authorities. Coordinate compliance audits carried out by the DGOJ and other regulatory authorities. Promote a culture of compliance throughout the business by delivering training and supporting awareness initiatives. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, or a related field. An academic background in Law is preferred. 3–7 years' relevant experience within the iGaming industry, with strong knowledge of the Spanish regulated market. Experience managing regulatory requirements and liaising with regulatory authorities. Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. A technology-focused mindset and a passion for innovation within the industry. Fluency in English. A business-oriented approach, with the ability to assess regulatory risk in a commercial context and drive compliant outcomes rather than simply identifying issues.
