Head of Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
Location: Open to Canada (relocation provided), Cyprus, Barcelona, or Dubai
Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000 (CAD) + 100-130% Bonus
Our client is looking for a highly commercial, hands-on Head of Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to own and drive global payments strategy and execution.
The right fit is someone who has personally negotiated PSP contracts, onboarded payment providers, managed payment performance, resolved operational issues, optimized processing costs, and built payment coverage across multiple markets. You should be equally comfortable discussing payment routing logic with product and technology teams as you are negotiating commercial terms with acquirers, gateways, wallet providers, and alternative payment methods.
What You'll Be Doing
Own relationships with global PSPs, acquirers, gateways, card processors, wallet providers, and alternative payment providers.
Lead commercial negotiations, pricing reviews, contract renewals, and service-level discussions.
Identify and onboard new PSPs to improve coverage, conversion, and redundancy.
Drive optimization of processing costs, approval rates, and payment success metrics.
Build and execute PSP strategy across multiple international markets.
Develop and launch new payment methods and products.
Drive automation initiatives across payment operations and reconciliation processes.
Work closely with Finance, Product, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology teams.
What We're Looking For
Understanding of payments within gaming, gambling, fintech, crypto, or other high-risk industries
Significant experience managing Payment Service Providers (PSPs) directly
Deep understanding of global payment ecosystems, including cards, wallets, APMs, acquiring, gateway providers, and local payment methods
Strong commercial negotiation experience with PSPs and payment partners.
Track record of improving payment performance, coverage, and provider diversification
Strong leadership experience managing operational and technical teams
Hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in day-to-day execution
Experience across both regulated and more challenging international payment markets
Experience leveraging automation and AI within payment operations

As Games Manager, the successful candidate will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of there competitions, making them engaging, enjoyable, fair and commercially successful. The role works across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Customer Experience and Technology, shaping innovative competition experiences that put customers at the heart of every decision. It also involves line managing the Games Developer(s), driving the team forward as the company grows.
What you will be doing:
Developing and delivering competition and games strategy
Designing and launching new competition formats, mechanics and promotional campaigns
Managing the full competition lifecycle from concept through to completion
Monitoring performance, participation trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Ensuring all competitions comply with UK legislation, ASA guidance, the CAP Code and company policies
Maintaining accurate competition rules, terms and conditions and operational processes
Producing regular reports on key performance indicators and business insights
Leading and developing the Games Developer(s) within the team
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure competitions are delivered smoothly and on time
Requirements:
Experience in a Games Manager, Product Manager, Gaming Operations or similar role
Strong understanding of online competitions, gaming or digital entertainment sectors
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in reporting tools and performance analytics

The Opportunity
Mobile sits at the heart of our client's roadmap. As they evolve from a WebView-heavy architecture toward a fully native React Native experience, they are seeking an experienced mobile engineer who can help drive that transformation.
You'll be responsible for delivering intuitive, high-performance mobile experiences across iOS and Android, while working closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams to improve user activation, engagement, and retention. This role would suit someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys solving complex mobile challenges, and wants the opportunity to have a direct impact on both product and technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the evolution from a WebView-centric architecture to fully native, high-performance React Native applications
Design, build, and maintain premium mobile experiences across sports and gaming products
Work closely with backend teams to develop scalable and reliable API integrations, including real-time data handling, caching strategies, and network resilience
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create polished user experiences featuring native interactions, animations, and gestures
Own and manage the mobile release lifecycle through CodePush, TestFlight, and Google Play
Monitor and optimize application performance using analytics and attribution platforms such as Firebase, GTM, and AppsFlyer
Establish engineering best practices, testing frameworks, tooling standards, and development processes for the mobile team
Requirements
4+ years of experience developing and shipping production mobile applications for both iOS and Android
Expert-level React Native and TypeScript experience
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, navigation, and performance optimization
Experience working with analytics, user attribution, experimentation frameworks, and push notification platforms
Hands-on experience managing App Store Connect and Google Play Console
Strong knowledge of mobile performance diagnostics, profiling, and troubleshooting issues such as memory leaks and bridge bottlenecks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences with a keen eye for design detail
Strong communicator who can effectively challenge and influence product decisions when needed
Nice to Have
Experience within sports betting, gaming, iGaming, sweepstakes, fintech, or other real-time consumer products
Exposure to onboarding, activation, retention, and lifecycle-focused product initiatives
Knowledge of Swift and/or Kotlin
Experience contributing to product strategy and feature ideation
