Sr Account Manager - iGaming - Remote in US

A fast growing global iGaming supplier is seeking a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of key Tier 1 operator accounts across the US and Canada. This is a high?impact role focused on revenue growth, product adoption, commercial optimisation, and building strong operator relationships within the regulated online casino market. The ideal candidate is highly organised, data driven, commercially sharp, and experienced in managing operator accounts within the interactive casino space with strong online slots experience. You will be responsible for deepening operator partnerships, driving product performance, negotiating promotional opportunities, and ensuring successful game launches across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities: Build strong, trust based relationships with Tier 1 operators across the US and Canada. Develop detailed account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct regular business reviews and translate insights into commercial actions. Drive game launch adoption and secure Day 1 placement across all operator brands. Create and execute strategies to optimise game positioning and visibility onsite. Develop promotional and marketing initiatives to maximise revenue. Lead onboarding of new operators, ensuring correct game packages, positioning, and go live success. Use data, KPIs, and performance trends to guide decision?making and prioritisation. Support contract renewals, commercial extensions, and long term partnership planning. Monitor competitor activity and leverage insights to increase market share. Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams. Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings. Continually deepen product knowledge and provide meaningful feedback to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience managing operator accounts within the online casino / iGaming sector. Proven ability to meet financial targets and drive sustained revenue growth. Highly organised, detail oriented, and process driven. Strong analytical, problem solving, and commercial decision making skills. Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation abilities. Experience negotiating commercial terms and promotional agreements. Confident operating at multiple organisational levels, both internal and external. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data driven reporting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (advantageous). Team leadership or mentoring experience (advantageous). Ability to travel monthly for in person meetings with major operators.

A leading, regulated iGaming company is expanding and looking to hire a Senior Technical Compliance Specialist. This is a fully remote role working over four days per week (fte). Main Duties include; Assist with queries regarding technical compliance requests. Support certification and audit processes across several jurisdictions as needed. Facilitate planning and direction around requesting new/modified technical compliance features. Test new product versions to ensure compliance with certified regulations. Create, review and amend technical compliance policies to ensure they are up to date with all relevant rules, laws and regulations and that proper procedures are in place. Perform internal audits to verify proper implementation and operation of compliance measures in certified environments. Ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant technical regulations in the current certifications. Investigate technical requirements for new markets and conduct gap assessments. Learn about new products and technologies to advise on compliant applications. Develop and provide training materials for general staff on efficient usage and best practices in regulated markets. Support the Legal team with the gaming authorities and clients for all kinds of analysis on technical questions and doubts. Experience required; 5+ years of experience in providing legal advice to companies related to the gaming industry. Knowledge in Compliance and Project Management. Communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to ally yourself with a worldwide holding of leading companies in the gaming sector. Expertise that would be highly beneficial; Experience in the following jurisdictions: Malta, Spain, Greece, Romania, UK. Experience in betting verticals: Sportsbook, aggregator, casino and virtuals. They are expanding their Data & Analytics function and building a modern, scalable Data Warehouse to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making. My client is seeking a Data Engineer to help design, develop, and maintain reliable data pipelines and warehouse models. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong fundamentals who enjoys working across systems and contributing to a structured, scalable data environment.
