We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and deployment of production-grade AI systems, with a focus on self-hosted models. You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI is used across Enteractive - from LLM-powered tooling for agents, to automation, personalization, and internal intelligence systems, while ensuring data privacy, performance, and reliability. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can bridge research and real-world systems at scale. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain AI/LLM infrastructure (self-hosted models, GPUs, inference pipelines) Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions (RAG systems,internal tools for agents and CRM teams) Optimize models for latency & throughput in controlled environments Build scalable data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation Implement model serving and orchestration (e.g., APIs, batching, streaming inference) Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy across all AI systems Collaborate with product and operations teams to embed AI into player engagement workflows Required Skills / Experience 2+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering Experience deploying models in on-prem or hybrid environments Strong Python skills and experience building production APIs/services Experience with model optimization techniques (quantization, batching, GPU utilization) Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate autonomously

We are looking for a Senior Voice AI Engineer to design and build real-time conversational voice systems that integrate seamlessly into our engagement workflows. This role focuses on low-latency, production-grade voice pipelines, combining Speech-to-Text (STT), LLM reasoning, and Text-to-Speech (TTS) into cohesive, high-quality experiences. You’ll be working on systems that need to feel natural, responsive, and human-like, operating under strict performance and reliability constraints. Key Responsibilities Design and build real-time voice AI pipelines Develop and optimize low-latency streaming systems using tools like LiveKit Implement and fine-tune Voice Activity Detection (VAD) and turn-taking logic Engineer robust prompting strategies for conversational AI (multi-turn, context-aware flows) Integrate LLMs with voice interfaces for agent-assist and autonomous interactions Optimize for latency, interruption handling, and conversational naturalness Evaluate and improve speech recognition accuracy and voice synthesis quality Work closely with product and operations to embed voice AI into player engagement workflows Ensure scalability, observability, and fault tolerance of real-time systems Required Skills / Experience 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong exposure to real-time or AI systems Hands-on experience with voice AI components including STT, TTS & VAD Experience with LiveKit or similar real-time communication frameworks (WebRTC, media pipelines) Strong experience with LLMs and prompt engineering for conversational systems Proficiency in Python Understanding of latency optimization and streaming architectures Experience building and deploying production-grade systems

In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for partners, maintaining regular communication, strengthening long-term relationships, and ensuring clients receive a high level of service and support. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate the successful delivery of products and services, while developing a deep understanding of each client’s business needs. By gathering feedback, monitoring satisfaction levels, and resolving issues quickly, you will play a vital role in ensuring partners maximise value from the collaboration. This role also carries a strong commercial focus, identifying opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling. Experience working with game developers or operators in the iGaming space would be a strong advantage, particularly with exposure to partners across the European market.
