This role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in the UK, Slovenia, Austria, Spain, Italy or Bulgaria. This is a commercial, client-facing role — you'll own relationships with operators, manufacturers and regulators, run the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract, and keep clients close after the deal's done. Business Development Manager A global market leader in the gambling industry is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales and own client relationships across a busy commercial patch. You'll manage the full cycle - lead generation through to contract signing and post-sale follow-up - with plenty of travel and real autonomy. The role; You'll build and maintain relationships with assigned clients across the manufacturer, operator and regulator space, owning sales activity end to end and being accountable for revenue and client satisfaction. What you'll be doing; Meeting clients to negotiate and secure new business, and keeping existing relationships strong Delivering sales presentations and tailoring solutions to client needs Owning the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract, then follow-up Forecasting client activity and setting your own performance targets Reviewing market activity to spot where clients' needs are heading Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date Representing the business at tradeshows and industry conferences Coordinating client training or service delivery where needed What you'll bring; A track record in commercial, sales or business development - ideally with some exposure to gaming, gambling or a related regulated sector Confidence presenting to and influencing both small groups and large audiences A proactive, self-starting approach with strong time management The ability to juggle multiple clients, projects and deadlines without dropping detail Solid written communication - reports, proposals, business correspondence Competence across MS Office and CRM tools Fluent English What's on offer; Competitive salary with a strong benefits package International travel and exposure to a global client base A culture built around development and progression, with scope to grow into team leadership over time

Marketing Manager - Brazil

About the Role This role reports directly to the HQ Marketing Director and works closely with our Regional AM and global functions. It is designed for a hands-on senior marketer who wants ownership of a region without management overhead. You will personally drive paid media buying, influencer development, and campaign execution across the Latin American region. We are looking for someone who has done this work at scale before and is energized by execution. Key Responsibilities Personally manage promotional partnerships and content output across all regional channels (Paid Ads, Streamers, Telegram, Affiliates, etc.). Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, supporting AM and operator co-marketing activities. Help maintain, expand, and deepen partnerships with existing major streamers in the Brazilian market. Build local influencer and streamer networks from scratch across Spanish-speaking markets (Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, etc.). Coordinate with local affiliate networks on marketing collaboration, planning affiliate-side promotional assets and campaigns. Deliver weekly work progress reports. Deliver monthly quantifiable performance reports (including market intelligence, competitor analysis, and emerging channel opportunities). Requirements 5+ years of iGaming marketing experience, with a focus on Spanish-speaking Latam markets. Native-level Spanish, fluent Portuguese and English for business communication. Proven regional marketing experience with major Operators or Providers (operator-side preferred). Hands-on experience building local influencer networks or executing GTM in new markets. Willing to travel internationally as business needs require. Required to complete a 2-4 week onboarding training at Taiwan HQ upon joining.
