Overview Pentasia is proud to be partnering with a leading online sports operator to recruit a CRM Manager – Sports Promotions based in Denver. This is a senior, high impact role responsible for shaping promotional strategy and driving customer loyalty across the entire user lifecycle. Leading a dedicated Sports CRM team, you will deliver data driven promotions and best in class customer journeys within a fast paced, highly regulated environment. This position is ideal for a commercially minded CRM leader with deep experience in online sports betting, promotional mechanics, and loyalty programs, who thrives at the intersection of data, customer experience, and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of customer promotions and loyalty offers across sports products Own reporting on campaign performance and commercial impact, translating insights into action Support day to day CRM operations, ensuring projects and promotions are delivered on time and to a high standard Champion a test and learn culture, utilizing A/B testing, multivariate testing, and control groups to optimize CRM performance Define and implement localized, territory specific CRM strategies, delivering structured and scalable campaign roadmaps Ensure all CRM activity fully complies with regulatory and licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions Partner closely with senior leadership to communicate CRM goals, results, and improvement opportunities Maintain deep knowledge of CRM platforms, CDPs, and promotional mechanics, ensuring best practice is embedded across the team Propose customer centric innovations designed to enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and CRM best practices to keep strategies market leading Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, Compliance, and Operations teams to maximize impact Leadership & Team Management Lead, motivate, and develop a high performing Sports CRM team Take ownership of day to day people management, capacity planning, and delivery standards Delegate effectively through strong organizational and prioritization skills Support team members in developing technical CRM expertise and commercial understanding Skills & Experience Required Extensive experience in CRM, promotions, or loyalty roles within the online sports betting industry Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights Proven experience using CRM/CDP platforms such as Optimove, XtremePush, and/or Braze Deep understanding of sports betting customer lifecycles, promotional mechanics, and loyalty frameworks Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast moving environment Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross departmentally Confident decision maker with a track record of delivering projects from concept to execution Able to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines What’s On Offer Competitive base salary ($105,000 – $130,000) Annual bonus plan Comprehensive Health & Wellness benefits 33 days PTO per year 401(k) with company match Opportunity to play a key role in shaping CRM strategy for a major sports brand

The Opportunity My client, a leading US-facing gaming and entertainment business, is in the search for a Customer Engagement Manager to own and shape an innovative free to play games strategy. This newly created role offers a true blank canvas. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a compelling free to play experience that drives customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty. Working cross-functionally, you will act as the central owner of this channel for the US market, blending creativity, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the overarching free to play games strategy, informed by customer data, insights, and market trends Own the end-to-end execution of free to play campaigns, from concept through launch and optimization Advocate for and implement a best in class promotional and engagement plan Analyze player behavior, campaign performance, and engagement metrics to refine strategy and maximize ROI Collaborate closely with product, development, analytics, and CRM teams to continuously enhance the free to play offering Leverage commercial insight to work with third party providers, negotiating and optimizing value across partnerships Partner with the wider CRM function to deliver cross-sell strategies, migrating free to play users into real-money sports betting and casino products Act as a channel owner for the US market, ensuring alignment with broader customer engagement and brand objectives Skills & Experience Proven experience in CRM, customer marketing, product marketing, analytics, or commercial roles Demonstrated success in developing customer engagement programs with a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Solid understanding of customer segmentation, value modeling, and ROI-driven decision making Passion for free to play games, including social, fantasy, casino, or peer to peer gaming experiences Technical fluency and experience with platform integrations is an advantage Experience managing small teams and collaborating cross-functionally within a larger organization Highly organized, self motivated, and comfortable operating autonomously Salary & Benefits Salary range: $105,000 – $130,000 per annum (depending on experience) Annual bonus plan Comprehensive health and wellness benefits 33 days PTO per year 401(k) with company match
