The Role My client is seeking a Mid/Senior .NET Developer to join their backend engineering team. This role focuses on building and enhancing the core services that support real time trading, risk management, and platform functionality. This is a hands on Mid/senior role offering a high degree of ownership and influence. You will contribute to architectural decisions, solve open ended technical challenges, and help drive improvements across engineering practices, not just deliver pre-defined tasks. The role requires a proven operator with strong commercial acumen and leadership capability to build and scale a competitive online gaming business in the South African market. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead and develop functional heads, building a high-performing, accountable leadership team. Contribute to executive and board-level strategy, positioning online gaming as a key business unit. Develop the commercial and strategic capability to transition into the General Manager role. One of my client is looking for a Senior frontend developer role able to join their offices in London or New Castle (UK).   They build world class apps, middleware and digital products in the global lottery, betting, and gaming space. Important: The role is hybrid, 1 day per week at the office is mandatory.
