Our client is a leading UK based I-Gaming operator operating in key markets including the UK, Canada, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico.  They are a dynamic fast growing well known brand looking for a Director of social media to lead their global social media function across both paid and organic social.  This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for defining and executing a holistic social media strategy, driving measurable revenue impact, and ensuring strong integration across performance marketing, brand, and creative functions. The role will address current structural and strategic gaps by introducing clear leadership, improving cross-channel alignment, and elevating the overall effectiveness of social media as a brand and growth driver. You will oversee both Paid and Organic Social teams, with a particular focus on performance-led paid social, while ensuring a cohesive full-funnel approach across all social activity. You will Define and own the global social media strategy and roadmap across Paid and Organic Social Drive full-funnel integration across acquisition, branding, and retention from a strategic, messaging and creative POV. Establish best-in-class creative and messaging frameworks, including a robust, global full funnel creative strategy and structured A/B testing creative and messaging framework  - across both paid and organic social Identify growth opportunities across existing and emerging social platforms A key part of this role is team leadership and development so this must be a an important part of your current role. We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our Spanish operation, taking ownership of the acquisition, management, and retention of affiliate partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to lead and grow the affiliate channel, with future potential to build and manage a dedicated team in Spain and support expansion into additional markets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and a hands-on approach. You will be confident driving performance, building long-term partner relationships, and delivering ambitious growth objectives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of affiliate partners Provide market insights and recommendations on trends and best practices within the Spanish affiliate landscape Develop and implement strategies to improve affiliate conversion, engagement, and retention Grow and optimise a portfolio of affiliate accounts to maximise revenue and overall channel performance Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication, including email, calls, newsletters, and industry networking Plan and execute affiliate campaigns across PPC, media buying, and social media channels Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign and channel performance using a data-driven, ROI-focused approach Identify new partnership and growth opportunities while continuously improving the performance of existing affiliates Ensure all affiliate activity complies with local regulations and industry standards Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming sector Strong understanding of: Affiliate acquisition and growth strategies SEM, including keyword research, optimisation, and campaign analysis Landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Mexos, or MyAffiliates Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) or Power BI Ability to interpret data, analyse performance, and track key digital marketing KPIs Experience managing budgets and working with agencies and media partners Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical mindset; experience with statistics or BI tools would be advantageous Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player Professional level English (minimum B2, assessed during the interview process); additional languages are an advantage

This role is focused on driving stronger commercial performance across the slot portfolio through content planning, launch coordination, market insight, and performance analysis. You will work closely with internal commercial teams, operators, and Studio partners to ensure game releases are positioned effectively across relevant markets, while helping shape content strategy based on player trends, operator objectives, and commercial opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong iGaming knowledge, particularly within casino and slot content, who enjoys combining analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and commercial decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
