Lead a high-performing partnership team
Own tier-one operator relationships
Market-leading global content supplier
A leading global B2B casino games supplier is looking for a Partnership Team Manager to join its Revenue function. With a broad portfolio of content distributed to operators worldwide, the business is in a strong growth phase — and this role sits right at the centre of it, leading a team while personally managing a portfolio of the company's most valuable operator relationships.
The role:
This is a player-coach position. You'll lead a small team of Senior Partnership Managers and Partnership Managers to hit and exceed revenue targets, while personally owning a select group of tier-one operator accounts. The focus is on growing revenue from the existing customer base through strategic partnership management, upselling across the product suite, and a genuine understanding of each operator's business.
What you'll do:
Lead, develop and motivate a small team of Partnership Managers to deliver against revenue targets, sharing knowledge and building operational plans to track progress
Personally manage a small number of tier-one operators — growing revenue, deepening relationships and acting as a trusted commercial partner
Take accountability for both team performance and your own personal targets
Monitor progress against targets, identify gaps, and put strategies in place to keep delivery on track
Define and prioritise strategic levers at operator, market and group level
Lead complex commercial negotiations end to end, and support the team on theirs
Build and maintain senior relationships across operator functions, including marketing and product teams, up to exec level
Conduct performance reviews and support the wider development of the team
What you'll bring:
Strong commercial track record in the iGaming / e-gaming industry, ideally within a content, platform or supplier environment
Proven account management experience with demonstrable revenue growth and upselling success
Experience managing and developing a target-driven, high-performing team
Excellent negotiation and customer management skills
The ability to think strategically and deliver results in a fast-paced commercial environment
A confident, collaborative and accountable approach
What's on offer:
A senior, high-visibility role with a market-leading content business, a strong portfolio behind you, and genuine scope to shape both the team and your own accounts.
Competitive salary and package, details to be discussed.
Product Coordinator – iGaming
A fast-growing iGaming business is looking for an experienced, commercially-minded Product Coordinator to act as the key bridge between internal business teams and an external technology provider — keeping the platform stable, improving, and firmly focused on player experience.
The successful candidate will own the flow of product and technical requirements from intake to delivery — gathering needs from across the business, translating them into clear priorities, and ensuring the external provider stays aligned with what matters most. This isn't a passive coordination role; the right person will actively shape backlog priorities, spot improvement opportunities, and drive resolution of issues before they impact performance.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Native Turkish speaker with fluent English — essential for this role
Solid iGaming experience, ideally operator-side
A background in product coordination, project management, or a similar product-facing role
The ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable requirements
Strong stakeholder management across both business and technical teams
Sharp prioritisation instincts and sound commercial judgment
A high-ownership mindset — following through, escalating when needed, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Hands-on experience with Jira and Google Workspace
What's on offer:
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
Private medical insurance
Monthly food vouchers, public transport card, and a co-sponsored MultiSport card
Weekly team breakfasts, bi-weekly Friday lunches, and the occasional sweet treat
An extra day off for your birthday
A loyalty programme that rewards long-term team members
A team where ideas genuinely shape what gets built
