Business Development Manager – North America  iGaming Testing, Certification & Regulatory Compliance  Location: Fully Remote (USA)  A leading iGaming testing, certification and compliance provider is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow its North American footprint.  This role is focused on selling regulatory-driven services to licensed iGaming operators and suppliers across US-regulated markets. The company supports market entry, certification, security assessments and ongoing compliance obligations for online casino and sportsbook platforms.  The Role:  You will own new business development across the US, selling mandatory and recurring compliance services, including:  Game certification (RNG, RTP, fairness testing)  Platform and system testing (RGS, PAM, integrations)  Cybersecurity services (penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, ISMS audits)  Jurisdiction-specific regulatory audits and ongoing compliance support  This is a full-cycle B2B sales role, working closely with compliance, technical, and security stakeholders at operators, studios and platform providers.  Key Responsibilities:  Identify and win new operator and supplier clients in regulated US iGaming markets  Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to signed engagement  Expand existing accounts through new jurisdictions, new game launches and re-certification work  Work closely with internal testing and audit teams to scope and price engagements accurately  Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide clear commercial forecasting  Represent the business at relevant US iGaming events and industry forums  Requirements:  5+ years’ experience in iGaming, online casino or sportsbook B2B sales  Proven success selling into regulated markets  Comfortable selling technical or compliance-led services rather than pure SaaS  Strong understanding of how certification, audits and regulatory deadlines impact operators  Existing relationships with operators, studios, platforms or compliance teams highly desirable  Why Apply?  Selling non-optional, regulation-driven services  Strong recurring and expansion revenue potential  Fully remote role with high autonomy  Clear differentiation from generic iGaming sales roles

They are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to take ownership of all financial operations within our Manila office. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can set up and manage Real Time Reporting, reconciliation, accounting, payroll, tax, and banking processes for a fast growing high volume / low transaction value, online business.  The role reports to the Group CFO. Key Responsibilities Financial Control & Reporting Own the end-to-end financial reporting process, including: Daily, Monthly, quarterly, and annual close Management accounts Board reporting packs Daily Transaction Reconciliation Real Time KPI Monitoring and Reporting Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across all products. Maintain strong general ledger control and reconciliation processes. Provide the Group CFO with input into consolidated reporting at group-level including company specific insights. Casino & iGaming Finance Operations Oversee daily financial operations of the online business, including: Player wallet accounting and segregation Payment reconciliations (PSPs, gateways, wallets) Deposit and withdrawal tracking Bonus cost accounting and liability tracking Affiliate and revenue share calculations Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of high-volume low value transactions. Monitor gaming KPIs including GGR, NGR, and margin performance. Regulatory & Compliance Ensure adherence to PAGCOR financial and reporting requirements. Support audits, regulatory filings, and compliance reporting. Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams on AML/KYC- financial controls. Maintain documentation and audit trails in line with regulatory expectations. Process Improvement & Systems Build and enhance scalable finance processes and controls. Support implementation and optimization of ERP/accounting systems. Drive automation across reconciliations, reporting, and workflows. Improve reporting speed, accuracy, and transparency. FP&A Support Partner with the Group CFO on budgeting and forecasting cycles. Own the entire Budget & Forecast process for this location Support analysis on: Marketing spend and ROI Bonus efficiency Cost control and margin improvement Responsible for Departmental and other Cost Reporting Ensure Financial Control is in place and managed effectively Deliver actionable financial insights to support commercial decisions. Team Leadership Lead and develop the local finance team. Establish clear processes, responsibilities, and performance standards.
