MLRO & AML Manager Hybrid on Malta Full time My client,a leading gaming business, is hiring an MLRO and AML Manager to oversee their AML/CFT and sanctions framework across European regulated markets, acting as MLRO where required and reporting to the Head of Compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage AML/CFT and sanctions compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Act as MLRO and handle SAR/STR reporting and regulatory engagement. Oversee risk assessments, customer due diligence, sanctions screening, and financial crime controls. Support new market launches, lead audits, deliver training, and report risks to senior management.   Requirements Proven experience in a senior AML or MLRO role within iGaming or another regulated industry. Strong knowledge of EU AML regulations, financial crime controls, and regulatory reporting. Experience working with regulators and across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
