Title: CRM Executive
Location: Sliema (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to €39k gross (Depending on Experience)
Pentasia are supporting a rapidly growing B2B Provider in their search for a CRM Executive. In this role you will plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) by using CRM tools, analysing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Planning and implementing CRM marketing campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications
Set up, test, and launch campaigns using CRM tools
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and adhere to brand guidelines
Create engaging and relevant content for emails, SMS, push notifications, and other marketing materials
Work closely with internal teams to communicate planned campaigns and maintain transparency
Continuously explore ways to enhance campaigns, improve customer experiences, and drive engagement and retention
Experience Required:
2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement in the iGaming industry.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience using CRM tools
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluent written and spoken English

Brand & Content Manager

Overview
We are seeking a Brand & Content Manager to lead brand development and content strategy for a new iGaming market launch in Brazil. This is a key role focused on building a strong, locally relevant brand presence from the ground up, driving awareness, engagement, and acquisition through compelling storytelling and high-impact campaigns.
You will play a central role in defining how the brand connects with Brazilian audiences, ensuring cultural relevance, regulatory alignment, and consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement brand positioning tailored to the Brazilian market, ensuring differentiation in a competitive iGaming landscape
Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for launch and ongoing growth
Own and lead the content strategy, including planning, creation, and distribution across digital platforms (social, web, CRM, affiliates)
Build a strong, consistent brand voice and storytelling framework that resonates with local audiences
Collaborate with performance marketing, CRM, product, and affiliate teams to align messaging and campaigns
Manage content calendars, agencies, and creative production workflows
Ensure all content complies with local regulations and responsible gaming guidelines
Track and analyze performance metrics, optimizing campaigns and content based on data insights
Establish and evolve brand guidelines for the Brazilian market
Must-Have Requirements:
Proven experience in branding and content strategy, ideally within digital or consumer-facing industries
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging, culturally relevant narratives
Experience managing multi-channel content (social media, web, email/CRM, etc.)
Deep understanding of Brazilian market dynamics and audience behavior
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Nice to Have:
Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or online entertainment
Prior involvement in market launches or brand building from scratch
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and performance-driven environments
