Title: CRM Specialist Location: Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany Work Structure: Hybrid (4 Days On-site / 1 Day WFH) Salary: Competitive (Depending on Experience)     About the role Pentasia are supporting a globally recognised iGaming organisation in their search for a CRM Specialist. In this role, you will execute CRM campaigns across multiple European markets, managing automated lifecycle journeys to improve customer engagement, retention, and player value. You will lead regulatory compliance across all active and prospective jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the Regulatory Compliance team. Oversee daily compliance across sportsbook and casino operations. Maintain and improve regulatory controls, policies, and procedures. Act as main contact for regulators and integrity bodies. Manage audits, regulatory reporting, and remediation plans. Oversee license applications, renewals, and regulatory changes. Support integrity monitoring and reporting obligations. Provide compliance training and regulatory guidance. Review new market regulations for potential expansion. Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sports betting/iGaming compliance.
