Head of Casino
Location: Gibraltar (Office-Based, 5 Days a Week)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Casino to grow and optimise the revenues of our casino brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online gaming, local regulations, and player management and behaviours. You will be responsible for managing the casino product, driving revenue growth, optimising user experience, and ensuring full compliance with all legislative requirements.
This is a full-time, office-based position, requiring your presence in our Gibraltar office five days a week.
Responsibilities
Casino Product Management
Oversee the casino platform including grid management, ensuring game offerings are optimised by segment and tailored to the market.
Game Portfolio
Collaborate with existing game providers to ensure a diverse and engaging portfolio of games (including exclusive content). Expand the offering through new business opportunities and manage all contract negotiations.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyse data from user behaviour and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions that increase player volume and value.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all casino operations meet regulatory requirements, including responsible gaming practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, product, legal, payments, and IT departments to implement and optimise casino strategies.
Qualifications
5+ years in senior online Casino roles, preferably within the iGaming industry
Must be able to work office-based in Gibraltar, 5 days a week

The Opportunity
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building the core systems that power the firm's prediction market trading platform. This includes exchange connectivity, market data infrastructure, order routing, risk controls, and other critical trading services.
You will be part of a lean, highly technical team focused on solving complex engineering challenges in a real-time, data-intensive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop low-latency backend services using C#/.NET
Build and maintain exchange gateways utilizing FIX, WebSocket, and REST protocols
Develop systems for market data ingestion, order routing, execution, and risk management
Contribute to the design of trading domain models including orders, fills, positions, risk, and P&L
Work with Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL to build resilient, high-throughput systems
Create tooling and automation solutions using Python
Ensure services are observable, reliable, and production-ready
Participate in code reviews, testing, and architectural discussions
Collaborate closely with trading, infrastructure, and product stakeholders
Requirements
7+ years of backend software engineering experience
Strong commercial experience developing applications in C#/.NET
Solid Python skills for automation, tooling, and integrations
Experience building distributed, event-driven, or streaming systems
Hands-on experience with Kafka (or similar messaging technologies), Redis, and relational databases
Strong understanding of concurrent programming and high-performance system design
Experience working with FIX, WebSocket, and REST-based integrations
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with a high level of ownership
Passion for leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and engineering workflows

A highly regulated iGaming company is continuing to grow and looking to hire a Technical Compliance Manager -Remote based.
You will oversee compliance with technical and system-based regulatory requirements across assigned markets. You will collaborate with Product teams to define regulatory requirements, manage certification processes, game and platform testing, RNG and reporting compliance.
You will be required to manage all technical matters related to assigned licences
Oversee submissions to regulators and test labs
Ensure ongoing compliance with technical standards
Liaise with test labs to resolve issues
Support internal teams with interpretation of technical requirements and integration obligations
You will have;
Strong experience in technical compliance within online gambling
Ideally a bachelors degree in a business related field or equivalent
In depth knowledge of regulatory technical standards
Expertise liaising with test labs
Excellent communication abilities.
