Full-Stack Web Developer – Part-Time Freelance Remote | Part-Time | Freelance / Contractor We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to join a web development project, with the majority of the work focused on backend development. The ideal candidate will be a highly independent developer who can take ownership of tasks while collaborating closely with the Project Lead and an experienced Web Designer. An established iGaming company is looking to hire a Head of Audit and Risk for their Gibraltar Office.   The Head of Audit and Risk will build the group-wide internal audit and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function from the ground up. Sitting within Legal and reporting to the VP of Legal, with a dotted line to Compliance leadership, the role will retain the Board-level exposure and independence needed to audit teams across the organisation. This is a global remit, including Canada as it comes online, and requires someone who can set the strategy while remaining hands-on with delivery. You will: Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan across operational, technical, financial, and regulatory domains Deliver objective audit reports, root-cause analyses, and remediation tracking to the Board and Leadership team Run targeted audits on high-risk gambling domains (RNG fairness, player funds, bonus abuse, payments, affiliates) Maintain and evolve ERM frameworks, risk registers, and operational risk appetite standards Ensure practices align with Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner requirements and other regulators (UKGC, MGA) Independently audit AML/CTF, KYC, and Responsible Gambling frameworks with Compliance and the MLRO Evaluate vendor risk, platform reliability, data privacy practices, and IT security protocols Partner cross-functionally to strengthen controls and proactively mitigate risk Candidate Requirements Has 5+ years senior audit leadership experience within online gambling / iGaming Has deep knowledge of Gibraltar gambling regulation and international compliance regimes (UKGC, MGA) Has a recognized audit/accounting/risk qualification (CIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CISA, IRM) Has a track record reporting to Audit Committees / Boards and senior stakeholders Can operate independently with high integrity and clear judgement Has strong communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills Is Gibraltar-based or willing to relocate

The role is to help generate both operator demand but also crucially player demand for their large portfolio of games. The Digital Marketing Director will build and lead the digital demand-generation capability, using paid media, affiliate marketing, content, data and experimentation to increase player demand for titles and create measurable commercial value for operator partners. The role is responsible for evolving from primarily supporting distribution of its content to actively creating consumer demand for its games and franchises. Working closely with Commercial, Product Marketing, Promotions, Content, Data and operator partners, the Digital Marketing Director will develop scalable B2B2C marketing campaigns that increase game discovery, player engagement, acquisition and GGR. A key priority will be establishing the capability to acquire players for operator partners through paid media and affiliate models, while simultaneously promoting the titles and building stronger game franchises..
