You own player acquisition end to end. This is not brand management or campaign coordination — it is running the channels yourself and producing the numbers. To start with, you will run two or three acquisition channels for real, to the point where cost per FTD and traffic quality can be compared across them.   What you will do Build and execute acquisition plans across affiliates, influencers, paid media and partnerships Manage channel and partner performance, tracking, creative requirements and settlement Analyse FTD, CPA, conversion, GGR and ROI to decide where budget goes next Work with product, CRM and operations to improve the funnel from arrival through first deposit and into play Run crypto-native channels — streamers, Telegram and Discord communities, KOLs, crypto media What we are looking for Hands-on acquisition experience in iGaming or a comparable performance-marketing environment A numbers-level grasp of FTD, CPA, conversion, GGR, ROI and channel economics Direct experience managing affiliates, influencers, agencies or commercial partners Someone who turns a plan into execution and explains the outcome plainly Pulling the data yourself rather than waiting for a dashboard Not required Crypto expertise — with iGaming acquisition experience, crypto channels can be learned. The willingness to learn them is not optional Large-budget experience — budgets are small at this stage. Having run many experiments on little money is more useful People management experience — you will be working alone for a while. An affiliate manager will be hired separately later
