Key Responsibilities •    Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts •    Perform financial and business analysis on revenue, costs, margins, and operating expenses •    Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis to support management decision-making •    Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast) and identify key drivers •    Support business teams with ad-hoc financial analysis and data requests •    Assist in financial modeling, data validation, and process improvement initiatives •    Prepare materials for management presentations Requirements Mandatory •    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field •    2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis •    Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, basic financial modelling) •    Good analytical thinking and attention to detail •    Strong written and spoken English communication skills Preferred / Advantage •    Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation / BI tools •    Big 4 audit or advisory background •    Exposure to FP&A, management reporting, or business performance analysis •    Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA are an advantage but not required Soft Skills •    Detail-oriented, structured, and responsible •    Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets •    Able to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders •    Strong learning mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
