Regulatory Legal Counsel

I am supporting a reputable iGaming business who are looking for a Regulatory Legal Counsel to support in various areas within the legal space, including -
· Providing expert advice on specific and complex gaming matters in countries of interest.
· Preparedness to build an in-depth knowledge of online gaming regulations and developments relevant to the activities of Kambi and its existing and potential clients
· Drafting of legal and regulatory analyses and risk assessments.
· Facilitating compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
· Preparing regulatory, licensing and compliance documents.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with national and international regulatory authorities.
· Producing simple and actionable interpretations of the rules applicable for each business unit.
· Ability to analyse regulatory issues and provide succinct solutions during discussion at Board/Exec level.
· Excellent soft skills for management of in house teams; recognition of individual drivers of performance and ability to motivate, inspire and lead; skilled in mentoring and coaching juniors to up-skill and cross-skill teams.
· Taking the lead as Project Manager for regulatory projects from beginning to end, as well as implementing a compliance project.
· Producing and reviewing regular reporting submitted by/to gaming authorities.
· Carrying out projects related to the regulatory scope (Sports Ethics, Responsible Gaming, Anti-Money-Laundering, data protection).
· Managing external law firms and ensuring firms comply with pre-agreed fee estimates.
· Providing legal training to trainees and internal stakeholders.
· Coaching, supervising and motivate junior members of the Legal team.
· Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contractual agreements
Qualifications and skills required:
· Qualified Solicitor (5-6 Years PQE).
· Experience dealing directly with regulators.
· Ability to work on various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High levels of initiative, pragmatism and common sense.

What we’re looking for
Seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Lead to take on a high-impact, cross-functional role within the Marketing function. Acting as the primary execution partner to the Chief Marketing Officer, this person will be responsible for driving coordination across all key marketing disciplines, including Acquisition, Retention (CRM & VIP), Design, Content, and Product.
This role will act as the central connector between strategy and execution, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered in a structured, brand-consistent, and commercially effective way. The goal is to ensure every customer touchpoint reflects a unified brand identity while supporting measurable business growth.
What you’ll do
Strategic Campaign Leadership
Own and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar, coordinating multiple campaigns across channels and business areas
Translate senior leadership strategy and business goals into clear project plans with defined timelines, owners, and KPIs
Lead cross-functional alignment sessions across Acquisition, CRM/Retention, VIP, Design, Content, and Product teams
Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, and relevant compliance standards
Cross-Functional Delivery & Coordination
Act as the central point of accountability for live marketing activity, helping resolve dependencies and unblock teams
Build and maintain detailed project plans using structured project management tools (e.g., Jira or equivalent)
Run regular cross-team reviews to ensure delivery stays on track, on brief, and within budget
Acquisition Marketing
Brief and guide performance marketing teams to ensure campaigns remain consistent with brand standards
Review creative assets and messaging for alignment with campaign objectives and brand positioning
Work closely with Design and Product on landing page strategy to optimise conversion while maintaining brand integrity
Identify opportunities for ongoing performance improvement
Retention, CRM & VIP Marketing
Partner with lifecycle marketing teams to coordinate CRM programmes, including onboarding journeys, reactivation, loyalty initiatives, and promotional planning
Ensure retention activity is aligned with broader marketing priorities and campaigns
Brand, Design & Content Governance
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines in collaboration with senior brand and design stakeholders
Oversee the content calendar across key events, product launches, seasonal peaks, and market-specific moments
Reporting & Performance Management
Define and monitor campaign performance metrics in collaboration with analytics teams
Present regular performance updates to senior leadership
Own consolidated marketing reporting dashboards providing a single view of key KPIs
Lead post-campaign analysis and embed learnings into future planning
Manage marketing budgets, tracking spend and identifying optimisation opportunities
What you’ll bring
Essential
5+ years’ experience in marketing, including senior-level responsibility; at least 2 years in a regulated digital entertainment or gaming environment
Proven track record of leading cross-functional marketing projects or campaigns
Strong understanding of acquisition and lifecycle marketing principles, including CRM, promotions, and customer segmentation
Strong creative judgement with the ability to assess copy, design, and user experience from both a brand and commercial perspective
Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and testing frameworks to inform decisions
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams without direct authority
Experience using project management tools and collaborative marketing platforms
Awareness of marketing compliance requirements in regulated industries
Desirable
Experience working across multiple markets or jurisdictions
Exposure to product marketing or go-to-market planning for digital products
Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics platforms
Background in performance marketing channels such as paid media or SEO

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will manage and grow the affiliate channel across multiple markets, driving high-quality traffic and improving ROI. The role involves overseeing performance, optimizing results, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to take ownership of the affiliate acquisition channel and help drive scalable, high-quality traffic across multiple regions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing affiliate performance, optimizing ROI, and ensuring strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage performance across the affiliate marketing channel
Plan and manage monthly budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting by market (GEO), with a focus on ROI optimization
Ensure affiliate promotional materials (campaigns, bonuses, tracking links, etc.) are always accurate and up to date
Manage daily operations of the affiliate platform (e.g., tracking, partner setup, reporting integrity)
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners across multiple regions
Coordinate tracking implementation and testing with technical and BI teams
Work with design teams to produce landing pages and marketing assets for affiliate partners
Ensure affiliate activity aligns with broader acquisition, CRM, and retention strategies
Analyze channel performance using attribution models and optimize accordingly
Collaborate closely with BI, CRM, and Finance teams to align performance and growth objectives
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering traffic, conversions, deposits, and ROI by partner and region
Support financial reconciliation processes including commissions, invoices, and payments in coordination with Finance
Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming or online gambling industry
Strong commercial mindset with a passion for performance marketing and partner management
Experience working with reporting tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio
Strong analytical thinking and ability to work independently
Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and agile environments
Background in digital or performance marketing studies is a plus
Experience with affiliate platforms such as MyAffiliates, NetRefer, Income Access, or similar
