Head of Operations (French Speaking)   Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Circa £90k DOE   Job Summary: We are looking for a results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and commercially aware individual with a passion for Online Betting & Gaming to support and optimise operations across multiple African markets.   The Head of Operations will act as a key link between regional teams and central functions (including Product, Payments, Marketing, and Customer Service), ensuring effective execution of operational strategies across markets.   This role is responsible for overseeing multi-market performance, supporting regional teams, and ensuring that local operational needs are aligned with central direction. The position will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, improving performance, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all markets.   Responsibilities: Oversee operational performance across multiple African markets, ensuring alignment with commercial and operational KPIs Work closely with Regional Operations Managers to monitor and improve performance across their respective markets Analyse data, reports, and market trends to identify opportunities for operational and commercial improvement Act as a key liaison between local teams and central functions, ensuring effective communication and execution Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regional teams to ensure smooth operational flow Support market entry and exit decisions by providing operational and performance insights Assist in adapting operations to local market conditions, including payments, infrastructure, and customer behaviour Collaborate with central teams to support product rollouts, operational initiatives, and campaign execution (non-marketing ownership) Ensure consistency in operational processes and customer experience across all markets Contribute to improving operational frameworks and efficiencies across the business Support budget awareness and contribute to commercial decision-making through performance insights Manage and develop Regional Operations Managers, ensuring alignment and effective execution across markets Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and ensure local insights are reflected in central decision-making Support cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth delivery of the overall online gaming experience   Requirements: Experience in online gaming, betting Experience in operations, commercial, or multi-market roles Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Strong commercial awareness, with exposure to performance metrics and ideally good P&L understanding Experience working with data to support decision-making and performance improvement Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple teams and geographies Willingness and flexibility to occasionally travel across African markets when required Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French (mandatory) Experience in emerging markets or Africa is beneficial Exposure to digital/online business models   Personal Competencies: Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance execution and commercial thinking Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes unstructured environment Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across distributed teams Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive and problem-solving approach Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Effective communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders High level of emotional intelligence and teamwork Ability to manage ambiguity and respond effectively to changing business needs Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive outcomes

A well-established and fast-growing digital entertainment group in the Philippines is looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of their online casino product. This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the heart of the business, responsible for the casino lobby, game discovery, bonuses, gamification, and the end-to-end player experience that drives engagement, retention, and revenue. You'll own the casino roadmap end to end, working closely with game aggregators and studios, payments, CRM, compliance, and engineering to ship features that move real KPIs. Day to day that means prioritising a backlog, writing clear specs, managing aggregator integrations (think Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw), defining bonus and promo mechanics, and keeping everything compliant in a regulated market. This is a role for someone who's done it before, not a stepping stone into casino product. What we're looking for: 4+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a casino or iGaming product at an operator or aggregator Hands-on experience across lobby/game discovery, bonusing, or gamification Comfortable managing aggregator integrations and certification flows Strong analytics fluency and a data-first approach to prioritisation At ease in a regulated environment, working alongside compliance and responsible gaming teams
