About the role:
Our client is seeking a Sponsorships Manager - Regulated Markets (LATAM) to lead sponsorship partnerships across regulated markets in Latin America.
Based in Bogotá, the role will oversee sponsorship initiatives across Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Mexico, translating global sponsorship strategy into locally relevant, compliant and performance-driven partnerships that support brand growth and market expansion.
The position will work closely with Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Product, CRM and LATAM Country Management teams, ensuring sponsorships deliver commercial impact while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
What You Will Own:
Lead the sponsorship strategy across regulated LATAM markets, aligned with global brand and commercial objectives.
Identify, negotiate and manage sponsorship partnerships across sports clubs, leagues, creators, talent and media platforms.
Manage the full lifecycle of sponsorship deals, from sourcing and negotiation through activation, optimisation and renewals.
Define and track KPIs to measure sponsorship performance and ROI.
Ensure full compliance with local advertising, gambling and sponsorship regulations in partnership with Legal & Compliance.
Partner with Country Managers, Marketing, Product and CRM teams to integrate sponsorships into broader regional strategies.
Provide market insights and optimisation recommendations to continuously improve sponsorship performance.
What We Are Looking For:
5–8+ years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships or sports/commercial marketing.
Experience managing regional or multi-market sponsorship portfolios, ideally across LATAM.
Background in regulated industries such as gaming, betting, fintech or similar sectors.
Strong commercial capability including rights negotiation, deal structuring and partnership optimisation.
Proven ability to deliver performance-driven sponsorship initiatives with measurable ROI.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in international or matrix organisations.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Regional Expertise:
Strong understanding of LATAM markets, sponsorship ecosystems and consumer behaviour.
Ability to localise global brand initiatives for regional audiences.
Spanish fluency required.
Portuguese proficiency highly desirable, particularly for Brazil-related markets.
Comfortable working across multiple time zones and fast-paced environments.
Key Performance Metrics:
Deliver monthly portfolio performance reports across LATAM sponsorships.
Develop at least one sponsorship strategy per regulated market annually.
Achieve ?20% value optimisation through negotiations or added partnership assets.
Maintain zero compliance breaches across all sponsorship activities.
Deliver 100% post-event reports within 7 business days.
Support execution readiness for two or more major sponsorship activations.

This role is responsible for transforming operational and business data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, performance monitoring and continuous improvement across the organization.
The professional will help build the company’s data infrastructure, integrating multiple sources, developing reliable dashboards and establishing key metrics that support data-driven management and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate and structure data from multiple sources across Operations, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Compliance and external platforms
Build and maintain operational and executive dashboards to monitor company performance
Define and track key KPIs related to acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, risk and operational efficiency
Conduct cohort analysis, user segmentation and behavioral analysis across the user journey
Support leadership teams by transforming data into insights, diagnostics and action plans
Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across reports and dashboards
Automate recurring reports and data processes whenever possible
Present insights clearly to leaders and global stakeholders
Collaborate with Product and Operations to support prioritization, optimization and impact analysis

Requirements:
Experience working in technology-driven companies
Strong experience in business or operational data analysis
Advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis
Experience with BI and data visualization tools
Knowledge of data integration from multiple sources

Summary:
My Client, a well-established iGaming business on Malta, is looking for a Compliance professional to lead their Swedish Gambling Compliance. You will ensure the company meets all regulatory and licensing requirements. Act as the main expert on Swedish regulations, manage reporting to authorities, handle escalated complaints and regulatory investigations, lead internal/external audits and more.
Requirements:
4+ years of iGaming compliance experience, including the Swedish market, strong regulatory and audit experience, fluent English and Swedish, and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and regulators.
