Junior Market Performance Analyst | LATAM
About the Opportunity
My client, a leading global iGaming content provider, is looking for a Junior Market Performance Analyst to support commercial performance analysis across multiple regulated and emerging markets in Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional looking to build a career in market intelligence, commercial strategy, and business performance within one of the industry's fastest-growing sectors.
Working closely with Commercial, Product, Regional Games, Strategy, and Compliance teams, you'll help transform market data into meaningful insights, monitor regional performance, and support strategic decision-making across the LATAM business.

Key Responsibilities
Support the monitoring and analysis of commercial performance across multiple LATAM markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and emerging market dynamics.
Track key performance indicators, including game uptake, content distribution, revenue performance, and overall market trends, helping identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
Assist in gathering, organizing, and maintaining internal and external datasets used for commercial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, consolidating findings into clear, structured reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Monitor regulatory developments across LATAM jurisdictions, including Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, and other emerging markets, maintaining accurate tracking of regulatory updates and public market information.
Support forecasting activities and strategic planning initiatives through data collection, analysis, and performance reporting.
Prepare regular commercial reports, market intelligence updates, presentations, and dashboards that communicate complex data in a clear and accessible format.
Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Regional teams to support business initiatives and regional market strategies.
Contribute analytical support for game roadmaps, commercial initiatives, and regional growth projects across the LATAM portfolio.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
Internship, academic project, or up to 2 years of experience in market research, commercial analysis, business intelligence, performance analysis, or a related analytical role.
Strong interest in commercial analytics, market intelligence, and LATAM business performance.
Familiarity with performance metrics, reporting, and data analysis concepts.
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, filtering, and data organization.
Experience working with PowerPoint or Google Slides to prepare business presentations.
Exposure to BI or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is considered a plus.
Fluency in English is required for collaboration with international teams.
Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is highly desirable.
Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
Genuine interest in regulated and emerging LATAM gaming markets.

Game Mathematician - Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)
Here at Pentasia, we are exclusively partnered with an industry-leading iGaming studio assisting them on their search for a Game Mathematician to join their team in Warsaw.
What you'll do:
Design game math for original titles and adapt proven land-based games.
Build and maintain math documentation - models, game logic, PAR sheets, and client-facing materials
Validate outcomes using Excel, programming, and proprietary simulation tools
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Mathematician within the iGaming industry
Must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Poland.

Strong expertise in probability, statistics, RTP, volatility modelling, game balancing, and player engagement.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the game development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to prioritise multiple projects while maintaining high technical standards.
