The Head of Sportsbook Marketing will focus on marketing strategy and execution around acquisition, retention, and product offerings for the online sportsbook.   This role is for someone that has experience in a similar position. It is also fully-remote for anyone located in the United States!   Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Sportsbook. Liaise with Trading team to ensure quality assurance on sportsbook offering. Partner with the broader marketing team to develop and manage a roadmap & playbook for sports, casino, and cross-sell promotions. Working with the marketing team and collaborating on ongoing promotions to ensure all promotions are run in accordance with gaming regulations of the jurisdiction. Responsible for focusing on identifying emerging trends and issues. Identify and prioritize opportunities as they relate to marketing activities. Recommend new special events and promotions while improving on existing activities. Involved in the development, execution, and analysis of effective marketing programs targeted to existing Sportsbook customers, and new customers. Develop and track KPI reports and dashboards. Responsible for developing and managing marketing strategy and promotions for all Sportsbook initiatives, including new product launches and internal and external content. Support the product team to develop joint strategies, processes and listening points along the customer journey, and identify opportunities to improve the coherence of messages across channels.   Qualifications: Sportsbook marketing experience required. 6+ years of experience in Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of promotions, the customer journey, and CRM. Excellent written and verbal communicator and display strong attention to detail. Strong project management capabilities with the ability to be highly detail-oriented and organized.

The Head of Marketing position will oversee marketing strategy and execution for the brand, and there will be a focus on user acquisition and brand awareness. If you have marketing experience in the iGaming industry, and are looking for an opportunity with a growing company, then please keep reading!   This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in-office in the Somerville, NJ area.   Responsibilities Establish strategy and marketing initiatives throughout the region. Direct the development and oversight of customer acquisition media platforms including traditional channels such as TV, radio, sponsorships, print, outdoor advertising, and PR. Oversee digital marketing efforts and other performance marketing platforms, collaborating with both internal teams and external agencies. Identify and manage partnerships with local third-party entities such as media agencies, marketing firms, creative agencies, and production houses. Develop the annual marketing plan, promotional calendar, and manage the marketing budget. Serve as the primary leader for the local brand, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning, creative elements, and tone of voice. Conduct pre and post-campaign analyses and reporting to understand insights on campaign ROI, cost per acquisition (CPA), and optimization strategies for future campaigns. Ensure compliance with all gambling regulations and guidelines across all communication platforms.   Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in a similar marketing leadership role. Experience working within the online gambling industry is required. In-depth knowledge of the US and Canada advertising and media space including establishing and maintaining business relationships with media agencies and owners. Ability to manage significant marketing budgets, campaigns ownerships from beginning to end, including briefing, forecasting, tracking, reporting and performance analysis. An iGaming operator with a focus on sports is growing their team in the United States. The Marketing Project Manager will help with the rollout and expansion of their product. This position will work closely with the Marketing team and assist with campaign planning and execution.   The right candidate will have experience with marketing in the online gambling space. This is a remote role for anyone in the United States, but candidates in the Eastern Time Zone are preferred.   Responsibilities: Develop the promotional calendar. Work closely with internal marketing teams to ensure campaigns are integrated. Coordinate with the Product team on new launches. Provide insight and benchmarks for marketing campaigns. Analyze customer behavior in relation to promotions and campaigns, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve future offerings. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
