We’re hiring a Social Media & Affiliate Manager to help launch and grow a new crypto sportsbook and sweepstakes brand. You’ll lead strategy and execution across multiple channels, working closely with a tight-knit team to attract, engage, and convert a global audience of sports bettors.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer with experience in iGaming, betting and crypto, who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
Develop and execute growth strategies for Twitter (X) and YouTube
Create or curate engaging, real-time content around live sports and betting trends
Manage paid campaigns to maximize reach and ROI
Oversee community management and audience engagement
Build and manage a high-performing network of affiliates, influencers, and creators
Drive deals across sports, gaming, crypto, and betting communities
Align affiliate initiatives with brand growth goals
Track key metrics (engagement, conversions, CPA) and report on performance
Use social listening tools to monitor trends and audience sentiment
Ensure all campaigns meet iGaming compliance and advertising standards
3+ years in social/affiliate marketing within sports betting, iGaming, casino, or poker
Strong hands-on experience with Twitter (X) and YouTube (paid + organic)
Able to create or source content (visuals, clips, posts)
Knowledge of iGaming marketing compliance and responsible gambling best practices.
Proficiency in tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Based in Toronto or nearby (ON-SITE)
