Coordination and optimization of all paid performance marketing (PPC) initiatives for products on the regulated Romanian market, with direct responsibility for ROI, growth of new player volume (FTD & NRD).

Main responsibilities:

1. Strategy & leadership
  • Develops and implements paid search and paid media strategy on
  • Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, UAC), Bing Ads,
  • Apple Search Ads and other relevant channels, aligning it with marketing objectives, FTD generation and P&L.
  • Leads budgeting, forecasting and budget allocation processes; monitors costs (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and proposes agile adjustments.
2. Campaign management
  • Conducts keyword research, writes headlines & descriptions,
  • Run continuous optimization programs and A/B-testing (message, landing page, bidding strategy) to maximize CTR, CVR and value per player (LTV).
  • Update landings in internal CMS, ensuring mobile UX and optimal time-to-load.
3. Reporting & Analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing & BI team to measure the impact of campaigns, validate tracking (GTM) and build dashboards in
  • Looker Studio / Data Studio or other relevant places.
  • Present weekly reports to management, highlighting insights, learnings and next-steps
4. Compliance & stakeholder management
  • Works with Legal, Finance and CRM departments to ensure compliance of creatives and deposit/withdrawal flows with ONJN regulations and platform policies.
  • Maintains relationship with Yahoo, Google, Microsoft, Apple etc. account managers for beta features and best practices.
5. People management
  • Coordinates, mentors and develops PPC Executives by setting clear OKRs and professional development plans.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing significant budgets (4-6 figures €/month) with achieving/exceeding CPA & ROAS KPIs.
  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to quickly interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Practical experience with A/B-testing, landing-page optimization and experimentation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ONJN regulations and advertising policies for the gambling industry.
  • Solid people-management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (marketing, CRM, BI, legal, finance).
  • Excellent knowledge of Romanian and English (written & spoken).
