Junior Legal Counsel - iGaming/Live Casino - Remote Brazil.

We are looking for a junior-level legal professional to contribute to the dynamic and fast-evolving iGaming sector across Latin America. The Junior Legal Counsel will play a key supporting role within the regional legal team, providing essential legal services that ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support commercial and operational initiatives. The position is ideal for a recently licensed lawyer with a strong interest in technology, digital entertainment, and international business.

Reporting directly to the Latam Legal Manager, the Junior Legal Counsel will be involved in a broad range of legal matters including contract negotiation, regulatory research, internal policy development, and support for strategic projects—such as the launch of a live casino studio in Brazil. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a global, multicultural environment while gaining hands-on experience in cross-border legal operations and innovation-driven industries.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Drafting all types of tech-based agreements and legal documents (License of IP, SaaS, software provision, NDA’s etc.)
• Following up on multi-national regulation and staying abreast with upcoming norms in Latam.
• Aiding with local regulatory authorities for the development of a live casino studio
• Assisting in building a scalable foundation for Brazil’s live casino studio including developing templates, processes, dealing with custom agencies, employees, etc.
• Maintaining record of local and global policies and procedures and uphold them internally.

What We Need From You:

• Licensed lawyer in Brazil with issued professional card to exercise law,
• Goal-oriented and driven for excellence,
• English and Portuguese proficiency, writing and reading.
