Pentasia are supporting an operator in their search for a highly skilled In-App Marketing Executive to be based in their Gibraltar office to deliver results that align with their overall marketing goals. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Execute and manage in-app marketing campaigns across various channels. Implement campaign plans developed by senior team members, ensuring all elements are properly executed and monitored throughout their lifecycle. Manage the day-to-day operations, including setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and making necessary adjustments to improve results.  
  • Continuously monitor the performance of campaigns, analysing key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and engagement rates. Use data-driven insights to optimise targeting, bidding, and creatives to improve the overall effectiveness of the campaigns. Make real-time adjustments based on performance data to ensure that campaigns are meeting or exceeding set KPIs.  
  • Work closely with other teams such as creative, brand, and data analytics to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns. Provide input on the design and messaging of creative assets and ensure that they are optimised for display channels. Share campaign insights and performance data with the wider team to inform future strategies.  

 

Qualifications and Skills:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.  

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically within display advertising, PPC, or programmatic advertising.  

  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Display Network, Facebook Ads, and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
